HT1415 was billed twive for same movie in a 6-7 hr period how do i fix
i was billed twice for a movie today that i tryed to down load twice (rent). It clearly tells you you can watch a rental as many times in 24 hrs. as you want. what do I do now???
You can watch it as many times as you like during those 24 hours, but you only get one download for a rental. You can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I bought a movie on Apple TV and we could not find the movie...I then rented it in my new ipad air and had major technical difficulties watching it from I my ipad to Apple TV, it was on an ipad air. From the blogs I read at the time, it was a known issue.
What do I do. I will pay for one rental even though it was atrocious to watch...I just use other services now. No time to wait on the phone for trouble shooting. My on demand and netflix work great.We are just users here

In addition to the FormsCentral subscription charge ($152.87 including tax) I was billed about the same time for $15.93. I can't find any way to get in touch with anyone from Adobe. The phone number I'm supposed to call is cut off on my invoice. Can someone respond ASAP? Thanks

I rented a movie and now can't find it. I was also charged for the movie? where is it?
What did you download it on ? If a computer's iTunes then do you have a 'rentals' tab in the Movies part of your library ? If on an iOS device then it should be in the Videos app (if it's not showing there then have you got a film age rating set in Restrictions that is hiding it ?).

I cant fined the play button for a movie ive already rented... How do you restart a movie???
Once you rent it it will tell you when its 'ready to watch' and you can then hit play. You can also access it by going to the movies tab, and the poster image for the rented title will appear in the top left. You can also go to settings - general - itunes store - check for rentals.
Note: a 6mbps connection is required for instant HD rentals. If you are much lower it may take some time before you can watch. Accessing other content during this time or turning off the device will flush the rental, requiring a reload. -

My movie I recently downloaded from itunes "Act of Valor" only works for a out 5 chapters, then it stops working. Other movies work on my iPod touch. How do I fix this issue? If I can't, can I get my money back?

When I try to purchase a song, it will not let me use the gift card that I redeemed. It directs me to my billing info and says that my session has timed out. How can I fix this?
For some reason this worked for me. I went into my account and changed my first name, maybe it causes itunes to reset. What ever it does my itunes works now.

i changed my email for my apple id, but i can't change my iCloud account because i can't remember my old password, and now i need to use iCloud for my new IPhone but it isn't working, how do i fix that?
If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I just updated the software on my iPad2 and now it's asking for my passcode but I never set one. How can I fix this?
I fixed it!!
While not connected to any USB cable I put the iPad in recovery mode.
To do that turn the iPad completely off. Press and hold the home button while turning the iPad on, once you see the apple logo release the home button.
Turn on your OS X mac after it boots up connect the USB from iPod to Mac. iTunes should start. If not launch itunes.
Perform the factory restore process paying attention to all of the screen message windows. Then set up the ipad like it was new. -
Did up date for 10.7.4 to 10.7.5 and update for Aperture and now Aperture doesn't open. How do I fix?

Unzipping and dmg installation not working
