I have problem when I want to sync from iTunes to my iphone 5s.I've already authorized my computer from iTunes but when I want to sync again,the error message will appear which says you must authorize your computer and i haven't authorized from another computers and this is a first time that I authorize my computer which means I can't use deauthorize all option from iTunes.could you help me please?

I just bought two new mac minis replacing some older computers. I've ran out of authorization for my iTunes. So I deauthorized all my computers at once. I then authorized 1 computer. When I sign on, it notes it is the first of up to 5 that can be authorized. Then I try to play back a song. ITunes tells me it cannot play the song because I've already authorized 5 computers, even though seconds earlier it told me it was the only one. Can anyone help?

Open itunes.
Look at the top of your comptuer screen for the word "Store" Click it. Look for Authorize. Click it,

Trying to authorize a new computer, and i already had 5 authorized so I un authorized one. It still says i have 5 authorized. Help!!!!

Emailed iTunes, got an answer. Had to do with 2 accounts, one old one new.

The Support site directs the user to look for the "Authorize thie Computer" on the iTune main site. Of course it isn't there. Nor is the "Advanced" link that older versions are supposed to have. Where is this magic link? Is it under some other link?

De-authorize all computers button does not appear until you actually have 5 authorized and you can only do this once a year.
