only have 1 pluse this my work computer my othere work computer that i was using cash i am try to get autorisation for this lob top and it's tell me only can 5 autorisation for a computer.

If you have reached the limit of 5, then deauthorize all. You can then authorize the active computers.

Credit card autorisation after partial delivery

Dear SD Experts,
I have the following scenario:
I create an order with a customer using credit card as payment method. Once the order is saved, i get an autorisation for the order value. I create a partional delivery, book the outboond delivery and create an invoice. After booking the accounting document for the invoice, the initialy created autorisation for the order is used and no longer valid. If i try to deliver the remaining positions of my order i can't book a delivery outbound, because i got no autorisation for the order.
I found a BADI (EHP_BADI_BILLING_CREDITCARD) which can be used to request a autorisation during invoice creation, if no authorisation is available, but thats just for invoice createn and i already fail at the delivery outbound.
Can I somehow request an autorisation for the remaining order values before i try booking the outbound delivery or can i request an authorisation for the remaining order values the moment i create an accounting document for the invoice (the BADI mentioned above can't be used for that, because he is only called if i have no authorisation, but i have one when i creade the first invoice, its just jused up by that process)?
Please tell me if my description lags necessary deatails.

Dear Markus,
If you know you are going to have a partial delivery you could write your own logic in MV45AFZH to split the authorisation and have an authorisation for each delivery. This is the way most customers that have more than one delivery use the system.
There are examples of code in MV45AFZH to do this. This would be better than running VCC1.

Computer autorisation

I Have reached my maximum of autorisation for my downloaded songs... But now I formatted my computer and I recieve a message saying that I can only reset my autorisations once a year and it is impossible to listen to my music on my own computer... (PC)
Is it possible to ask for a reset ? :S

If you have already did the de-authorize all and it has not been a year yet, you are going to have to contact itunes store support.

Autorisation on BW portal

We nned to remove the autorisations for our user to go on 'bex web analyser " when the log on the BYportal .
We want that only "key users ' could access to the Bex web analyser " . Others users have to acces only to the bookmarks we have built for them .
Do you know any solutions?

Multiple apple devices using one library

I have two i-pod classics with 30 GB capacity. I love them, and they still work well. I have purchased them probably 5 years ago. I have one at home and one at work. I sync them to the same i-tunes library. I have upgraded my computer 5 times since I purchased them. Now I just ordered an i-pod nano with 16 GB capacity.I would like to sync it to my current library. Can I do this? What about the 5 computer limit for i-tunes? 3 are no longer being used. I have two new computers that I use side by side for work-from-home telecommuting. What should I do when my new i-pod nano comes in? I just purchased it today. My current library has over 2,000 songs-most downloaded from my CDs and a few purchased from i-tunes.

The limit of 5 computers is referring to the number of computers you have authorized to play your purchased content. If you have reached the limit you can either deauthorize computers you no longer use or if you no longer have access to them, you can always use the *Deauthorize All* option. I would recommend reading up on this support article for a better understanding of authorization and deauthorization and the limit of 5 computers.

As for syncing the new Nano, there is no limit to the number of iPods you can sync to one iTunes library, account, or computer. Simply hook it up, set it up sync whatever and however you like and be on your way. See this article on how to manage multiple iPods with one computer if you are interested.

Why would you need a page_id or button_id for an authorization. Normaly, you create an authorization - let us say IF USER IS ADMIN and apply this authorization to a page or to a button. Be aware that applying an authorization to a button is not enough. You also need to apply the same authorization to the processes run by that button.

Characteristic base authorization in DMS

Hi Friends,
I need a characteristic base authorization in DMS.
User should be able to maintain/change a value of char for which he is authorized.
I tried a auth object in classification C_CABN_GRP but that is not working in DMS.It only works in tcode CT04.
Note:- Mr Saikrishna had such a problem and he solved it tru authorization group.If Saikrishna is watching this thread kindly provide the solution.

Our request is that all the users can display all the characteriscs values, but some users can modify certain characterics values.
The authorisation object C_TCLS_MNT may be a solution.
*in class master date, define the organisatioal area (SICHT)
*for the characteristics assigned to a class, assigne the organisational area defined for the class
*user autorisation object C_TCLS_MNT in one autorisation role.
But the "stupid" point is that there is only 23-Maintain in the "Actvitiy" area of object C_TCLS_MNT. In this case, an user who has the "23" in autorisation for a certain organisational area can display and modify characteristics valeur, an user who does not have "23" for a organisation area can not even display the characterics value.
So in my point of view, object C_TCLS_MNT is not a good solution to limit characterics valuation.

Web Dynpro application accessed via internet?

We should develop one Application, but it should be accessed via internet. Our Personal System and Material System ist from SAP. Thus we want to did the GUI in Web Dynpro for Java.
I'm not sure if the WD runs on internet? And ist it ture that SAP only good for the intranet application? Have you any example to solve the problem such as authentication and autorisation for the service (using adaptive Web Service)?

WD Java Apps can be accessed outside Intranet for example companies expose their ESS/MSS applications(WD Java apps) on the internet for their employees and managers. However you need to check for browser compatitbilty depending on the Portal SP level you are using. WD Java many not be supported by all browsers and versions.

Can't re-install ITunes from original cd-rom

I have a new Ipod mini with original CD-Rom and ITunes V4.7.
Wen i starded ITunes V4.7 i got a message for a update to V4.9 and so i did.
But the problem is, that i can't, even with the original CD-Rom, i can't re-instaal ITunes V4.7.
So i can't use the IPod mini enymore.
The error's i got trying to install ITunes V4. are the same and here the are:

I don't know if the icon will disapear, but what you could try is that you change the autorisations for the user. Check object s_wf_wi and remove the activity 25.
As fas as i know, the user can't forward an item.
Also check object s_oc_role, make sure that the value isn't administrator.
