Everytime I update or download an app if I've got no money in my account I can't download or update although its free apps I want. I need to take billing info off so its not associated with it please help

You'd have to think through this, but it seems like if you are using Outlook, and the items vanished from the Outlook client as well as the server,that you could re-populate Outlook using iTunes.

You can not merge accounts and data of two accounts. If you want to have all of your data in one account then you will have to sign in and transfer your files manually to your harddrive so that you can safe them in a second step in your other account.

See if you can wipe/erase his device. make sure you select his device and not your device to erase.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. so the thing is a few days ago i made an app store purchase and i didn't know i was running out of money on my credit card. i realized that only when i tried to purchase another item and it didn't work. nothing special til here. the problem is that meanwhile my credit card was replaced by a new one by the bank because the old one was soon expiring. So the data associated with the old credit card no longer exist.
i tried to edit my billing info associated with my apple id in order to enter the new credit card data, but the system doesn't allow me to do that.
so i can neither pay my purchase, nor edit my info, nor access app store anymore.
what's next? any ideas? thanks
