How do I see which computers are authorzied on my apple id? I see where to deauthorize all of the them but it does not show me individually.

You cannot. Go to your account in the store, Deauthorise All and then re-authorise the computers you still have.

However, if you have previously had your account on an old computer you no longer have, had the hard drive in your laptop replaced, or even had the hard drive re-imaged (wiped and re-loaded), then they will be previous computers that require deauthorising.

No.
If you need to authorize another, then simply deauthorize all, then authorize the active computers.

If you've got 5 computers authorised for the account in question, and you need to free up authorizations, I'd do a "Deauthorize All" from one of the computers you have access to, and then reauthorize the computers you have access to.

I recently purchased a mac for my daughter. On transfering some songs to her machine from my computer, I was asked for authorisation which I provided.
Some songs however, although they play with no problems on my other two machines, on HER computer asked me to authorise the songs with an apple ID and Password that I no longer have and haven't used in about 5 years. The e-mail ID is closed down now, and I can't remember the password.
What do I do?

All downloads from the store are tied to the account that downloaded them, so if those songs were bought by that old account then only that old account will be able to authorise them. If you can't remember the password but you know it's security info then you could try getting the password reset via this page : http://iforgot.apple.com - if you can then you can change the primary email address on it by logging into the account : http://appleid.apple.com
If you can't get the password reset that way then you could try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

You can't. Have you reached the limit of 5 authorized computers? If so, the authorizations aren't referring to what computers an iPod has been linked to, but instead refers to computers that have been authorized to play and sync your iTunes purchased content.

You have to sign into your iCloud account at icloud.com from a computer to view your iCloud data. Also, be careful not to delete data from your phone that is being synced to iCloud or it will delete if from iCloud too. (For example, if you delete a contact from your phone with Settings>iCloud>Contacts set to On it will remove the contact from iCloud too.)

If you mean you want to see what is stored in the iCloud backup of your old phone, you can't. You can only see data in a backup by restoring it to your device.
If you mean you want to see the data you old phone was syncing with icloud, either go to icloud.com from your computer or sign into the account on your new phone in Settings>iCloud and turn on the data you want to see. It will then download to your phone.
