HT1420 I am trying to deauthorize a computer and get an error message solution?
I have 1 compter and 4 Apple devices authorized and bought a new computer. I'm trying to deauthorize the old to authorize the new but get an error message.
What does the error message say? (Precise text, please.)

ok, please try below steps,
1. Quit ADE.
2. Choose Start > Run.
3. In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
4. In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
5. Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.
6. In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
Your authorization will be deleted.
ADE will be deauthorized now.
Now Authorize ADE again. -

I reinstalled my acrobat X pro in my new computer and when I try to open it I get the APPRASH error message. I cannot print documents from word 7 to acrobat either and the acrobat printer doesn't show on my printer selection. I downloaded Acrobat reader 11 and it will not read pdf documents. How do I fix? Trying to download InDesign CC and getting an error message-
Trying to download InDesign CC and getting an error message… "Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you do not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Ensure that you have appropriate permissions and then restart Adobe InDesign". All other apps that I've downloaded are working properly, but InDesign won't open.

as per the screen shot it looks like we dont have enough permissions on your Preference folder . I would suggest the following steps and let us know if these worked or not for you .
Go to //Library/Preferences/
~/library/Preferences
/library/application support/Adobe
~/Library/application support/Adobe
and give full permissions to Preferences folder and the Adobe folder.

b. have you checked Control Panel/Programs to assure that the program is no longer listed as an installed program?
If it is no longer installed, you might want to consider a free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts) to get
rid of any leftovers from incomplete installs and uninstalls. Then reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

When trying to import music files I get an error message Thea says "importer reported a generic error". Also when editing video, screen views look great but when I transfer to PC or flash drive video quality is very poor. Any suggestions?

Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 7 (presumed 64 bit).....
1. Music files and error message...are these music files from iTunes? If so, convert them to .wav in iTunes to convert them to wav version, and then import the .wav version into Premiere Elements 13 project using Premiere Elements 13 Expert workspace's Add Media/Files and Folders/Project Assets from where you drag the wav version to the Soundtrack.

If any problems with the instructions, please let me know, and I will go through them with you.
2. How you set up the project and the export settings that you select greatly influence your end product result.
a. What are the properties of the source media?
b. What project preset did you (manually) or the project (automatically) set to match the properties of the source media.
(If you do not know, please tell us what you see for the readings of Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, Pixel Aspect Ratio - even
if the fields look grayed out.)
c. For your export...Publish+Share/Computer/and then what? And what preset? Did you use the default settings of the preset or did you
customize the export settings of the preset under the preset's Advanced Button/Video Tab and Audio Tab?
Let us start here and then decide what next.

I am trying to open my iTunes on a Windows XP laptop and get the error message 42404 "iTunes application could not be opened. Please repair or reinstall QuickTime". I did that and it did not help. Any ideas?

Just updated to IOS 7 and two issues:

So... I don't want to do that, but I do what to be able to Manage my music. I'm not sure what it means by being synced to another iTunes unless it means to an older version of itunes?
Anyone have any ideas?I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

In your situation I would recommend the steps in the following article for troubleshooting iTunes. It may be necessary to completely remove and reinstall iTunes in this situation.
