Go to the video icon and there should be a movie section tab at the bottom or you might have to click more, if this isn't there than go to iTunes and make sure the movie you downloaded is checked off.

I have the same issue...I called Adobe and they said that Acrobat 8 is not compatible with Windows 7 ...so I tried installing the suite again without Acrobat and still the same issue....does anyone know if this issue is resolved by getting the new CS5 suite??? Actually it's as smiple as plugging in the iPod and registering it, this will be done by a step by step dialog box when you first plug it in. After that it will show up in your device list on the left side. Just drag the song from the music library in iTunes to the iPod device that is his. You can drag single songs, complete albums or even complete genres. If it is a iTouch you get him, you can also click the music tab on the iTouch device in iTunes when you plug it in and you can just check off artist names or just certain albums. Also on a iTouch on the summary screen you can click the sync with iTouch over Wi-Fi check box and you will no longer have to plug it to the computer to sync. Also, since they are two different devices the music on one will not affect the music on another. This goes for any iOS device, iPods, iTouches, iPhones, and iPads.

Hi,
have you tried booting your Mac from the recovery partition by holding cmd-r while booting? If that works, then start the Disk Utility from the menu and try a "Repair disk".
After the Disk Utility is finished, try the "Repair Permissions". Though this is a highly overrated "feature", it might even help in your situation. Do this repeatedly until nothing changes. This doesn't mean there won't be any messages left over.

Problems downloading songs from Match to a 5th Generation iPod

I have about 16,000 songs in my library in iTunes on a Windows 7 laptop, and have successfully turned on and synced with Match, with a paid subscription. Now I want to download songs from my library to a 5th Generation iPod. Whwn I connect the iPod to my PC, iTunes sees that iPod, allowed me to Restore it, then I clicked the device (iPod) checked Sync Music, Selected Playlists, artists, albums and genres. I browsed the artists that it showed to select a portion on my library (since 16,000 songs won't fit on a 30 gig iPod) and iTunes showed only 136 out of 16,000 songs. I have a Playlist titled All, that has the whole library in it, tried selecting that, but got the same result. Why isn't iTunes seeing my whole library?

Is this an iPod Touch and have you enabled iTunes Match on the device? If not, which seems to be the case from your description, this isn't really an iTunes Match problem. You might get better help by posting in one of the specific iPod forums, or perhaps the iTunes for Windows forum.

Downloaded songs, but they wont go into my iPod

I as having computer trouble on another home computer, so I installed itunes into another home PC. So I downloaded 5 new songs and when I try to put them into my iPod, it says that This computer is not authorized to play these songs and wont transfer them. I have authorized this computer and opted to share my songs.
What am I doing wrong? How can I get these songs into my iPod? It's a Nano.

sometimes itunes can get confused about whether or not particular songs are authorised to play on a particular computer.
try playing the 5 songs for a few seconds each in itunes prior to trying to transfer them to the ipod. do they transfer through after you do that?

To what iTunes library is the nano normally synced? The iTunes library you use (i.e. all tracks are in a single iTunes library). An iTunes library in a different user account on that same computer? Another computer? We need to know your setup and scenario before we can offer intelligent advice.
