If your printer is not compatible with Windows 8.1, you can try to install the driver in Windows 8.1 compatible mode, otherwise, you have to contact the manufacturer to ask for the update driver for Windows 8.1.

when I bought a new computer with Windows8.1, iTunes wouldn't accept my old ID and password. After entering a new ID and password I got in, but now I can't sync the music that was in my original library. When I try to sync a message says that music will be removed from "other" libraries, so I know they're out there somewhere. Just can't get to them. Any ideas?
- Is the computer authorized for the iTunes account(s) used on the iPod?
- Are you syncing or manually managing music?
- In iTunes if you go to Preferences and then go to the Devices tab, what date is show for the iPod backup? Is if before you switched computers?
- Your iPod sees the new computer as a new library/computer and you can only sync to one library. You need to restore you iPod from a backup. If that bacup is hosw in Preferences, restore from that backup.
- If the backup is after you switched computers, you have two options:
--- Try to make a backup by right clicking on the iPd under Devices in iTunes and selecting backup.
--- If you can't make a backu, can you get one from the backup of your old computer. It is located here and yu may have to have show hidden files turned on.

I bought a new computer with Windows 8. I downloaded I Tunes to it. How do I transfer my I Tunes Library from my I POD to the new computer?
If you purchased all of the songs through itunes store, please follow these steps:
1. Open up Itunes and Click on Itunes Store
2. Once you're in the Itunes Store look to right side of the screen and you should see the word "purchased". Click purchased and you'll be sent to a purchase screen.
3. Click on "All Songs" and then it will show all the songs you've downloaded. From there you just hit the button that looks like a cloud with an arrow on it, and it will download all the songs all over again.
If you didn't purchase them through Itunes, then you'll have to download software that will strip the songs from your iPod. And here is a guide about how to transfer iPod music back to computer. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help. -

Thank you.The easiest thing to do is backup your old computer with an external hard drive. Then import all of your files from the external hard drive to the new computer. I just did this about two months ago myself. The biggest problem I had was that it did not keep any of my playlists that I had spent many years developing. However, there is a supposed way to be able to keep the playlists if you do your research on this website (which I did not do first, only after the fact) and follow the steps they guide you with.

I have just bought a Compaq Desktop Computer with Windows 7 but I do not want to set itup until I know how to transfer my 1800 songs from my ITUNES library on this old Windows XP Pro to a new set up on my Compaq. Did you purchase all your music from iTunes, or import it from CDs?
If you've purchased all your music from iTunes, it now keeps track of your purchased items. All you would need to do is download iTunes on your new computer and log in with your Apple ID (the account you set up on iTunes). Then on the right hand side (in the bar) near the top there is a section that says "Purchased" *NEW*. There it will show you all your music and give you an option to re-download it on to your new computer. *You will need to authorize the new computer and deactivate the old one if you're not using it anymore*
If you imported your songs (or otherwise obtained), my best suggestion to you is to get a USB stick/thumb drive/external hard drive and copy all your music from your old computer on to the USB stick. (You can do it with a network, but that's assuming you have one set up already in your home).
To do that, you need to go to Music > iTunes > iTunes Library (folder) (this may not be exact as I use a Mac. I'm going from memory here). Right-click the folder and click "Copy". Go to My Computer and click on whatever drive is your external/USB stick (would be like E:\ or something). Double click on that, then right click in the next window and click Paste. This will copy your entire iTunes Library on to the separate hard drive.
Once it is finished (and with 1800 songs it will take a while, so go read a book or something), properly eject the external hard drive and plug it in to your new computer. Open Music > iTunes and do the same process to copy and paste the folder into there.
Once that is finished, open iTunes and all your music should be there. If not, go File > Import Folder and then find your iTunes Music folder and click it, then click Import and it will import them into iTunes for you.

I just bought a new Dell XPS w/ Windows Vista. I cannot load iTunes. I've deleted and reinstalled several times, but each time, when I try to open iTunes, it tells me that "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close." Help?!
While playing with the pre-release versions of Vista I had numerous iTunes problems though I could get it to run. Just not reliably. Since Vista was just released, and that just for businesses officially, we'll just have to wait for an update. Remember, Zune software doesn't work on Vista either.

I backed up my files on dvds before buying a new computer. When I went to tranfer teh files onto my new cpu the dvds were blank. Is there anything I can do to get my files back. Oh and I live in Canada.............
It would probably work if the thumb drive was still connected when you tried to play the song.
Go to iTunes preferences Advanced tab. There is a checkbox for Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library. If that checkbox is not checked, iTunes adds songs to your library but links to the song file from where it was added (which would be on the thumb drive). When you disconnect the thumb drive, iTunes says "the original file cannot be located."
If this is the reason for your problem, check that checkbox. You may also want to check the other checkbox for Keep iTunes Media folder organized, if it's not checked already.
With the thumb drive NOT connected, remove all of the songs you recently added from the iTunes library. Then, connect the thumb drive and add the songs again, like you did before. This time, iTunes will make of copy of the song files and put them in the iTunes Media folder. -
My computer's hard drive crashed and now that its fixed (my computer) I want to download previously purchased songs from Itunes. When I'm signed into Itunes and attempt to download from the cloud a text box pops up saying "I need to authorize the computer before I can download previous purchases". I'm using the same computer that I purchased all previous songs. So how do I authorize my computer?

If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

have acrobat version 6.1 bought a new computer with windows 8. tried to install but got message there are compatibility issues. Noticed when I push print option dont get the adobe option.
You can try the compatibility setting, but another issue may be if you have a x64 system. AA6 was never designed to work in a 64-bit environment, giving a second level of compatibility to consider. Even on Win7, there were operational issues (like AcroTray not working) and Win8 should just be more of the same and maybe worse. If you can succeed in getting it installed in a compatibility mode, we might then discuss the workarounds you will need. I would strongly recommend you upgrade (well purchase -- too late for the upgrade) to AA XI.

Hi there, Here are the facts: Two MAC MINI. Both OS X 10.9.2. One from 2009 and the second from 2010. Both are using same MAIL application with same version. On both MAIL I set three GMAIL accounts that were working perfect last week. A day ago on MA
