HT1420 I have followed the instructions and do not see authorize this computer anywhere
Does anyone know where the authorize this computer link is? I have followed all the instructions and it does not give me the option. I have the latest version and I have no devices and I am not under the 90 lock out
Ctrl B to turn on the top menu.
Then from that menu select
Store > Authorise this computer..

You are looking at the Store drop-down menu at the top of iTunes (on a PC with iTunes 11 press alt-S and the Store drop-down should appear) ? e.g.

What does the email say, and is it personalised (e.g. does it have your name in the email or just something like 'dear customer') ? There are regular phishing emails trying to get account and payment details.
You can view your account's purchase history by logging into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, and you should see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases. If you are using an iOS device then you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com -
I want to remove the Persona I selected and return to the Firefox default. I have outlined the issue above. I have followed the instructions in the FAQ's. There is no selection for Default for Firefox.
Do you see that persona on the Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes page?
Does that persona have an uninstall button?
If that doesn't help the reset the lightweightThemes on the <b>about:config</b> page
lightweightThemes.isThemeSelected -> false
lightweightThemes.usedThemes -> (empty string)
To open the <i>about:config</i> page, type <b>about:config</b> in the location (address) bar and press the "<i>Enter</i>" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.<br />
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.<br />
You can use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a pref more easily. -
I am trying to authorize my computer, I have followed the on screen instructions but it does not give me the option to authorize.
Please help!Always remember to 'de-authorize' you computer when selling or sending for service. If sending for repairs you might not get the same mother board or HD back and some how this counts as an authorized computer against your count.

the instructions seem simple enough open itunes store click on "authorize computer"
i can not find that instruction any where within the itunes menuPress the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

I have the newer version of the macbook pro and I have read the directions on how to authorize your computer to let you download previous song purchases from icloud onto your laptop, but I cannot find where it says "authorize this computer" at all. I have looked for it everywhere and still cannot find it. Please help!
Authorization and Deauthorization

In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it. Or turn on Windows 7 and 8 iTunes menus: iTunes- Turning on iTunes menus in Windows 8 and 7.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us. -
I can not get the program to reset the factory defaults, enough to open the mini bridge tab...... I have tried numerous times and it does not open and it is needed to be able to view two files in the application window and to be able to work on them and move layers as instructed....!!!!!!!!!!!
Photoshop cc2014, windows 7, instructions to open mini bridge tab are; open photoshop program, as it opens press cntrl, alt and shift to open prompt for default settings. When prompt opens, press yes and then the program continues to open and the tab for the mini bridge should open at the bottom left corner of the application page. I have done this numerous times and no tab appears, I even uninstalled photoshop and re installed and it still did not work. ( not sure what platform you mean, I am a novice, to say the least.

i have just brought a I pad mini but i am having problems loading icons onto screen keeps telling me i have no internet eventhough in settings it shows wifi is on wondering if you can help, i am only used to the andriod systems
You posted a comment to your question as a new post. Post comments to your original post or no one will know what your problem is.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

HT3500 I have followed the instructions and it keeps reading that the printer is busy.
I have been trying to add my wireless printer to my Macbook. I have failed each time. It is a Lexmark 4600. Anybody have any ideas for me? Your help is much appreciated!
The most likely cause for a printer busy message is the protocol that was used to create the network print queue. Can you reply with how you added the wireless printer to the Mac.
