I recently bought a macbook pro and the person who sold it to me didn't Deauthorize the computer. what should I do ??
Erase the drive, install a new OS, and tell that person about the Deauthorize All function.

If you cannot get the previous owner (who may not be the seller) to release it the phone is useless; return it to the seller.
Normally someone releasing an iPhone for resale will erase their personal data first (for obvious reasons). To do this they must release Activation Lock. So the previous owner either forgot to do this (unlikely) or the phone was stolen from them. If it was stolen then you are in possession of stolen property, which in itself is a crime, even if you didn't know it was stolen.
There are a few ways to find out who the phone is still locked to. You can try contacting them, but if the phone WAS stolen the outcome will not be a good one. So the best thing you can do now is return the phone for a refund. -

Hello, Gabriel - Your question is not very clear. Let me rephrase it and see if I have the correct understanding.
(a) you are planning to sell your MacBook to somebody else, and
(b) you wish to delete all of the files that are in your personal directory.
If my guess is correct, it is very easy to do what you want.
1) Open System Preferences, specifically the Accounts preference panel.
2) Create a new Administrative user account for the person who will have the computer next.
3) Under the Apple menu, choose Log Out in order to exit from your existing account.
4) Log in using the new account, and go to the Accounts preference panel again.
5) Delete your old account. You may wish to choose to Delete your old files, or perhaps you will wish to choose the Secure Erase option, which takes a longer time.

You got ripped. If the previous owner does not sign the device out from their Apple ID then you now own a brick.

My wife and I have a iPhone 4S each and an I pad. When I send a email from my phone and from my iPad her name comes up as the sender. We only have one contact email address and that is the way we warn to keep it.

Hi there, to authorize a computer, you open up itunes, and at the very very top lefthand corner, there will be a little window. Click on that, and it will present you with a list of options. From there, you go to the third option down, which says "Itunes Store," hover over it with your mouse, and it will give you another set of options. From there, you can see the two options, "Authorize" an "Deauthorize computer. Just click on "Authorize," enter in your apple ID and password, and your computer will be authorized! Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
