Hi in our country evrey thing are filltered i cant download apps pls help me?!
The reason you have to use a VPN to download apps is because it is against the law for Apple to allow purchases from app stores originating from countries other than that the store is for.
This has nothing to do with your simply bieng in Iran. This has to do with you attempting to purchase from a store that is not your own. Apple is not licensed to sell content from another country's store to someone outside of that country. Unfortunately, you have chosen to purchase a device for which there is no store at all in your country.
You can not legally purchase content from Apple at all.

Have you called your credit card issuer? They may be able to provide a reason for the declined purchased.
Also, you can only register for and use the App Store in the country your credit card is issued. Be sure you are buying apps from the correct App Store. -

H.MThe iPad 1 can't run the newer operating systems. It'd be like trying to play a bluray disc in your 6 year old dvd player....it simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
No suggestion about the camera, but given that Apple's attitude seems to be to focus more on the more mobile devices for photography (the iPhone and Touch cameras got features, the iPad and mini didn't), that is highly unlikely. You can tell Apple what you want, but you'd probably be money ahead to get a digital camera.
as to the photos, anything put on via iTunes has to come off via iTunes.Your main alternative would be to look for photo apps that offer file exchange that may give you more functionality. -
Hi, can you help me for my payment account? It's always show " Your payment method was declined..." How can I fix it? There's only 3 to choose fpr Visa, Master Card and Amex.. But doesn't have "None".. I can't download any apps from app store

can't download anything from app store or itunes. everytime i try to install an app i get this error "there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. please update ur payment method". i have recently changed my visa debit card and home adress and when i make these changes i still get the same error.

Try signing out of your account and restart your iPad.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID and tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store> Apple ID and sign in again. -

If I help out a friend & download a free app (through my iTunes account) on their new iPod Touch, will their device automatically be added to my itunes device list (and they can see all my contacts, pix, music etc)?

First up, is your iTunes account part of an iCloud account?
Secondly, if it's a free app, why don't they just download it? If they are having trouble finding it on the App Store, but you can find it easily, you can share the link for it via email with them, and if they view that email on their iPod they can just tap the link and it will open the App Store to that App for them, so they can download it themselves.
If you were to go to the Store settings pane and sign in with your iTunes account, that should only provide the possibility for download items from your iTunes account, such as purchased apps, music and movies. However, if you signed in, downloaded the app, and then went back and signed out of the account again, there shouldn't be any access apart from the app you downloaded. This is provided you sign in using the Store section of the Settings app, not the iCloud section.
One problem they will have if you download this in your account instead of theirs, in order to download updates for that app, they will need you to enter your iTunes password to download the updates. Doing that doesn't give them access to anythign to do with your account other than that update, but they will be unable to receive updates for it without your password. They would also likely be unable to sync the app onto their computer, as their computer would not be Authorised with your iTunes account.
If you can answer some of the questions I've asked, I may be able to suggest alternate ways for you get them the app on their device.

I downloaded 'instagram' from app store

Did this happen after your 10.3.1 update of the Passport? There have been a few strange things happening with the update that requires a reload of the OS to fix.
I would first reboot your device by holding the Lock/Power button for 10 seconds (after the LED blinks), or the Up/Down volume buttons for 20 seconds.

Backup first, and if you have encrypted your device and SD card, decrypt those BEFORE the backup, or all data will be lost.

I can no longer download Apps from App Store.
I would select the app, press the icon to download the App (Ottieni in my language, Italian), download would not start and an alarm saying "Download failed, try from the Purchased page to retry" would pop-up, see screenshot below.
I would visit the page "Purchased" (second icon from right) and try from there by pressing the icon Install on the right hand side but the same pop-up icon would appear and a message by the icon Install saying "An error occurred" would appear.
The same problem occurr when I try to update Keynote, Imovie or any other App I have downloaded.
I do not know whether this is related to this issue but some time ago I installed Avast.
I could not install other apps such as uTorrent (not downloaded through App Store) until I removed Avast.
I am utterly disappointed.

CarloYes, Avast could very well be the issue. Bad software, use the developer's instructions to uninstall and don't install again. Your Mac has no real need for most 3rd party anti-viral software and those so-called tune-up apps mess up more than they are worth. A pristine OS X system is all that you need, it takes care of itself.

My iMac has the No sign at the grey screen and won't boot up.
