You have two basic options. One is to use a commercial screen recording app with access to system audio built into the app and the other is to add a system extension like SoundFlower that allows the QT X screen recorder to access/record the system audio. I use the former so I am not that familiar with SoundFlower but there should be several posts to this forum covering this topic.

The movie is from iTunes. You would think that a download from iTunes to a MacBook could be watched on an HDTV using Apple TV without any headaches bit this does not appear to be the case.

Had a similar problem with an Air 2. For some reason, the battery had gone to 0 from 50% overnight, locked and idle.
Apparently, plugging it in with a 0 battery takes about 15-20 minutes to get to a point where the screen will show anything (about at the 2% battery level).
I had tried everything else (reset, power off, ...). Be sure you're using an Apple charger and Apple cable and try plugging it in and waiting a while.
It's been OK for the last two weeks.

Hi, my iPod works fine, but after leaving it in my bag during footy training outside and it then raining, it has condesation marks all over the screen. The functionality of the iPod is fine but it is very irratating having these marks over the screen. They are not strong enough to make reading the iPod hard but obviously I'd like to get rid of them.
I understand as it is a matter involving water my warranty won't cover it?
Is there anything else I can do? How hard is it to take it apart?

There are some liquids that you can buy in the shops which makes you clean those marks from your iPod. You can find them in the Apple Stores and most of the computer shops.

How can I get my window to fit the screen? It is too big.

All of a sudden a few days ago my window on my MacBook pro expanded and now does not fit all at one time on the screen. I must have done something but do not know what. How do I download an app to a restricted kids account when I can only get it to show in the administrator's account?

Mende1 - Thank you for the response. I have the kids account set up where they cannot access the apps and websites from the administrator's account. I set up the kids account when I bought the Mac and I don't know how to edit the restrictions on it. It was specifically set up as a "kids account" with preloaded content from apple like access to nickolodean, PBS kids, etc...
My problem is with these restrictions I couldn't put the game on the account. It ended up in the administrator's account. Now I don't know how to move it over there the the restricted kids account.
Funny story: I left my 6 year old in from of the game and he came and found me and he said he was having trouble. He was somehow on my paypal page with my populated username and password with a $40 charge. I cancelled before the charge was submitted but I was one click away from some 6 month LEGO membership!

I watch netflix on a secondary screen - my TV - but since I downloaded the Firefox update I can only get Netflix to open a full screen to my laptop. I get a full scren on my TV through Safari, or from Hulu on either browser. What is going on?

Yes, just made sure of that. I do have the latest version of Flash player. But I have just staggered upon the answer. Chalk it up to being a newbi. I was not putting my apple tv to sleep and it would not allow me to see
you tube on my computer while it was still operating on my TV. When I realized that, I put the apple tv to sleep and bingo, my computer runs you tube fine. Thanks again for your response.

I inadvertently checked a preference in the 'experimental' I think, that has caused the interface on my 17'' Dell CRT to be so big that I can't navigate around to change the preferences again. Well, if you can't see enough of the interface to reconfigure it, you *could* reset all preferences to defaults...
Press and hold Control - Shift - Alt simultaneously immediately upon cold-starting Photoshop. If you get the keys down quickly enough - and you have to be really quick - it will prompt you to confirm deletion of your current preferences, which will lead to the establishment of a fresh default set. If it does not prompt you, you haven't been quick enough to get the keys down.

I had my IPod rebooted at a store. My 9yr old put a password on it and had to set it back to factory settings. Now can't get it to open beyond the screen with the white apple. I've tried to sync with Itunes, the it won't recognize the device. HELP!

Apple store reset my Ipod to factory setting, now can get Itunes to recognize the device. The I Pod won't turn on past the first screen with the pic of the apple on it.

Try the following:
- A reset and then connect to your computer and try to restore.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- See if placing the iPod in Recovery Mode will allow a restore.
- The see if DFU mode will allow a restore.

- If you can't turn the iPod full off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for at least a hour try the above again
- If still not successful time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

I have created a course through Captivate 6, throughout the course there are questions to guage the learners attention. There is also a quiz at the end. However, captivate includes on the questions throughout the course on the quiz results which I do not want to happen.
Can anyone advise how I can only get certain questions appear on the quiz results please?

Branch aware turns off the playbar in 6 (not in 7 any more, at least not for me).
Could you explain more in detail what you want, because I don't understand it. You want the user to answer all questions, but the score should only show what? If you don't want some questions to have a score added to the Quiz total, you can indicate that in the Properties of that Question slide.
And please, tell the exact number (3 versions of 6), and also if you have to report to a LMS?
