HT1430 hi there 2 days ago i tried to restaure my Iphone 3gs on someone else laptop and ever since my phone is not working.It turn on but I do not have any reception at all.I tried to reset it through Itune but nothing same working.

So you are not using Photo Stream? If you are, then you can turn on Photo Stream on iCloud on your Mac, and then go to iPhoto or Aperture and the Photo Stream will show under "Web" in the sidebar.
You can also set up your iPhoto or Aperture preferences to automatically import your Photo Stream, so any photos you take with your iPhone camera will upload and import automatically and will show under events, broken into monthly groupings.
Photo Stream does not use any of your iCloud storage.

One other thing concerning your Touch Screen. Have you tried resetting your device (nothing will be lost) to see if that will get your Touch Screen working again: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays see if your Touch Screen is working.

Thanks for the questio. I understand you wish to reset your password for your Apple ID. You can do so at http://iforgot.apple.com - You'll have two options: Email Authentication (if you have access to your primary email address) and answer security questions.

My iMac cannot connect to my TP-LINK TD-W8970 router even though all other computers can. I get the message "No configured AirPort base stations have been found" and "No PPPoE configurations were found". Any ideas please?
Open the Network pane in System Preferences. If there's a closed padlock icon in the lower left corner, click it and enter your administrator login password when prompted.
At the bottom of the service list on the left is a popup menu with a gear icon. From that menu, select
Set Service Order...
A sheet will drop down showing all listed services. Drag the one that you want to use to connect to the Internet to the top of the list. Click OK to close the sheet, then close the preference pane and confirm when prompted to save the change. -
Someone else has put a password on my phone. I have read all the restoring or backing up methods but when I go to do those it says to turn off find my iPhone in my setting. If I cant unlock my phone I obviously can't turn this off. Help
If you have a lock code, how did someone change the apple ID for "find my phone?" You should go by the apple store and let them help you.

Hold the Option key down and restart. Select one of the drives that comes up and hit the Return key.

I'm trying to find my phone back up from a few days ago before I bought my new iPhone, but when I searched on iTunes backup it has been replaced by the back up the day after that. Now all my data from my old phone is lost including some really important things. Also before that iTunes wouldn't let me sync my iPhone 5s data to my new iPhone 6 Plus, saying that the data is corrupt, that's where all this trouble started. I've been trying to back-up the old phones data so I can access it, but it's been replaced when ever I plug the new phone in, and no the 'sync automatically when connected' is not ticked. Your iCoud account remains in iCloud even if your device is restored. (In fact, you can't delete an iCloud account from iCloud, you can only choose to stop using it.) If the device is restored, or it may no longer be signed into your iCloud account but your account will still exist in iCloud.

My iPhone 4 is using 4.3.3 and I want to update to iSO 6.1. I can back it up and it starts to download it through iTunes but then I get an error message 0xE8000067.
Tried all the things on the apple support site (checked USB port, deleted the 3 exe files in Task Manager, tried a new cable). None worked. Got the same message on my old computer.
Any ideas??Amazing help from apple support over the phone. Restoring the computer fixed the problem.

Errors related to downgrading iOS
The required resource cannot be found: This alert message occurs when your device has a newer version of iOS than what is available in iTunes. When troubleshooting a device that presents this alert message, go toSettings > General > About and check the version of iOS on the device. trying to active my old iPhone 3gs. it showing that activation server is temporary unavailable and on the iTunes showing that there is no sim card installed in the iPhone you are attempting to activate. Was the SIM card activated on another phone? I assume this is an ATT style trying to use on T-Mobile? Was the SIM installed correctly? Is the carrier (like T-Mobile) operating IOS 6 devices yet?
If the SIM is a valid SIM from say T-Mobile, you may want to contact them for assistance activating the SIM card.
Activation and SIM issues typically point to the carrier. And if this was a CDMA phone say working with verizon, it will NOT work for ATT or T-Mobile as they use different electronics on the 3GS. The SIM slot is for international use only. -
20 days back myself ported network from vodafone in to airtel. But in my iphone5 its still showing vodafone in only. Done reset network setting, reztore but no use, can u ppl suggest any way to display carrier name correctly, ios i m using is ios7
Call your local Apple store. Not sure how the phone system works in the UK, but here in the US there is a menu system that allows you to make an appointment. Or, you can go online to www.apple.com/retail, or you can use the Apple Store app and make an appointment there after selecting the particular store.

iphone 5 turned off 48 hours ago it wont charge and it wont turn on. i've tried the sleep/home button method that didnt work nothing came up on the screen and also tried usb into computer and doing it through itunes that still hasnt worked my phone is completely lifeless! is there anything else i can possibly do before i have to go into the shop?
