HT1430 I did this but my phone won't connected what can i do please help
my phone lost all its information and when I turned it back on by holding the sleep and home key down the apple logo came up however I can't get it to register when I plug it in to my computer to reload the back up for it. Is there anything I can do to fix this massive error. Please advice
Hey, I. Get to answer my own question. I decided to try shutting off my iPod, waited a few seconds, then restarted it. When I clicked on the game icon, it opened right up.

When and where was the iPad/charger purchased? It's covered by a 1-year warranty.

I'm trying to install windows 8 on mac, but after partitioning and restarting, it stucks on blue logo and i waited 20 minutes but nothing happened, what can i do, please help.
I think there's some remmants left over from when Apple transferred stuff over. We can try a quick fix, but if that doesn't work, I think the only option is to clean install OSX and then install Windows.
open disk utility, confirm that you only have 1 partition (mac journaled)
restart and PRAM reset
open disk utility and repair permissions twice
restart boot camp assistant
Does it work?
If not, I would boot holding command+R, choose disk utility from the menu and completely erase your HD (formatting it as mac journaled again). Then, install OSX on this HD. Once OSX is installed, don't copy your files over from the backup yet. Instead, start boot camp assistant and see if you can get Windows installed. You can copy back your other files after we get Windows installed. -

Try cleaning the dock connector. Try a new cable or charger.
If no luck, it should be covered under warranty. -

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app (via the Purchased tab in the App Store app, if that tab is working), and if that doesn't fix it then have you tried contacting the developer (there should be a link to the developer's site on the app's description page in the store) ? If re-downloading and contacting the developer doesn't get you anywhere then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
