When I tried to download an app that was 0.99 cents it asked me to answer some security question. I put in my password and the questions popped up( I don't remember ever giving an answer to these questions). After a numerous amount of try's it locked me out of my apple ID and said I can not buy anything until I get the questions right. I was wondering if there was any way for me to find them out, because there is no I forgot option to click on. If so how can I find them out?
You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

My friend connects his iphone to my computer because i have more music in my itunes library. when he disconnects it and tries to update or download new app it asks for my apple id and not his. Any way to fix this?
Stop letting him sync his device to your computer.
He has no legal right to any of the content on your computer.
Tell this friend to sync his device to his computer, this will remove all content that had been synced from your computer and replace it with content from his computer.
If he likes the media that you have, you can "gift" him some songs via iTunes or he can purchase it himself. -
My iPad won't let me sign into my Apple ID when I try and download an app it asks for my id and password and when i type it in the iPad displays a message saying cannot connect to iTunes Store. However when i do this on my phone it works perfectly. Even when i sign in and out.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so how can I fix this?Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections. -

I basically got this phone about 2 weeks ago and i cannot download or update anything . I would mind it asking for my sisters apple password but she doesn't know it so how do i take it off ? It will ask for mine then a few seconds later it will ask for hers . In my settings everything is signed in as me but i just don't get why it still ask for her apple id. I have logged out and reset all my settings and it still ask for her apple id. If i can figure out how do i get her password ?
Any apps that she downloaded onto the device are tied to her apple ID. They cannot be transferred to another account. To update those apps, you would either need her password, or you could delete the apps and download them using your own apple id.

I've backuped my phone and then had it replaced as it was broken.
Went to retore my new phone Iphone 5 and it is asking for a encryption password. I didn't set one two days ago.
I have tried my itunes password, the computer password my iphone lock password everything.
I even looked into my keychains. HELPThere is no help, if you don't know the encryption password, then sorry you won't be able to use your backup.

When downloading an app on my iPad 2, it asks me to verify my account info, and when I type in my password, it does nothing except keep asking for my password. It is not incorrect when I type it in, it just keeps asking for the password.
Go into Settings > Store and make sure your Apple ID information is exactly as it is in your iTunes account on your computer. Make sure your address is exactly the same. For example if your in iTunes on your computer is 1234 Jackson Street, it can't be 1234 Jackson St., on iPad. Make sure your credit card information matches exactly as well.

Hello today I wanted to download an app on my ipod touch infact its a game and as usual it asked for my appl id and password so I entered them but next it asked me to enter my passowrd againg and answer the secret question I submited when I first got my Ipod touch, the problem is i cant remember the question neither the answer,so is there a way I can find out what my secret question is and the answer of course I would appreciate youre help.
FouadOnly you and Apple know your secret question. See if changing the password via email will allow access to your account.. Then you can chnag yur secret question. See:

Why won't App Store let me download free apps it asks for billing info?
It asks for my billing info when downloading a free app and there's no way I can sort it out it shouldn't ask for billing info if it's free!!!!!!!!

That problem also facing with me. I think it is because your itune acccount is (for eg.) US. but your using credit card is from Singapore. You've to use credit card from US.
I'm not sure but I solved it after using credit card from US for US store. Apple always do non-sense things in there user account system. -
