My MacBook is about 4 years old now- Mac OS X 10.5.8. I want to install Google Drive but it requires Mac OS X 10.6 or higher. Do i pay for a 10.6 version or do i buy a higher version and how high can i go?
You pay for Mac OS X 10.6 unless you're a paid MobileMe member, in which case Apple will ship it to you for free. A Core Solo or Core Duo Mac can go to 10.6.8, while a Core 2 Duo or better can go to Mac OS X 10.7.4.

How can I upgrade my iCloud account's storage but pay for the upgrade with another Apple ID?
I want to upgrade my iCloud account so that I can back-up my iPhone, however I would like to pay for the upgrade using a different Apple ID than the Apple ID associated with my iCloud account. I can not figure out how to do this, when I hit buy after selecting my desired plan it wants be the buy the upgrade with the Apple ID my iCloud account uses. Please help!
I don't think that's possible. (If you're trying to get it on another credit card, one option would be to purchase an iTunes gift card with it and redeem it to create an iTunes store credit. Storage upgrades will first charge your iTunes store credit before charging your card.)

I am trying to download whatsapp on my iphone 4. It asks for my apple id and password and when I sign in , it gets me to a page that says redeem ...when I hit redeem it shows I have a $14 balance in my account and asks for a code - I tried entering the itunes card number...it says it has already been used. I have changed from a @me to @gmail login for iCloud. my new one only has 5GB and my old one when I log in says that i have 25GB. how do i convert the new one to the 25GB and not pay for the old one?
You can't merge iCloud accounts, nor can you actually delete an iCloud account. All you can do is stop using it. You manage storage as follows:

Click View Account in the lower-left corner.
Enter the password for your iCloud account, then click View Account and follow the prompts.
Note this from Apple:
"When you request a downgrade, it will take effect one year after your storage upgrade was initially purchased."
That would imply there are no refunds. -

That (an app no longer available) happens sometimes.
Your only way is if you have the appt on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case move it to your iTunes library and sync. -

Is your formula attached to basic salary element or some other element? You need to make sure that basic salary element has some value and is processed before this formula is called. Are you able to see value for basic salary element after payroll run?

Is it possible that you are using the same password for the old O2 Study and newer O2 Apple Base Station networks?
If so, Keychain Access is storing the old information about the old network and may be associating it with your AirPort Extreme settings based on the BSSID that William has mentioned.
If that's the case, open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access and look for a listing with the old network name. Delete this entry. You may need to power down both the computer and the AirPort Extreme and restart them. -
