I actually figured it out...I had to go to the iTunes Library Extras.itdb file and give myself permission to have full control. THEN, I could go and estore a previos version. Once I had done this, I got the same message for iTunes Library Genius.itdb . . . I did the same thing with it and Voila'!!

If you have the computer to which the iPhone was last synched, you can restore the iPhone on that computer. That will remove the lock. If not, then you have absolutely no choice but to place the phone into recover mode (search Google for instructoins) and restore the phone as a NEW device.

How do I get back into Photomerge Compose after getting out of it?

I used Photomerge compose (Photoshop Elements 13) for the first time and it's a great tool! But I stopped and got out of it (to make some changes to one of the 2 merged photos) and wanted to get back in and continue using the Hide/Reveal functions on my merged photo, but now I don't know how to get back to doing that. Trying to start Photomerge again wants me to start from the very beginning. I'm guessing that I have to do something with layers, but it's not clear how. Any help? Thanks!

I resently purchased an ipad and i think i could help. Does it look like a plug and itunes? Thats what came up on mine. Try pluging it into your laptop and go on itunes. They say the new ipad with ios5, you dont need your computer, then i cant help you there. But go to an apple store they are very helpful. They helped me recently and they are very nice. They could help anyone, from old people, to youngsters like myself. I hope i helped you. I tried my best :)......keep in mind, im only 12

I have found my iPod touch after not using it for several years. I now cannot get into the device as i am locked out. If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."

If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
