Sharing only works from a computer to a computer or device, you can't share between devices. For your purchased music, whether that is available for redownloading depends upon what country that you are in (it's not possible in all countries), and whether the music is still in your country's store (rights-holders occasionally remove their items from a country's store) - so there is no guarantee that it will all show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your Mini
If you don't have copies of your own music on your computer or on your backup of your library then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back from your old iPad so that you can then sync it to your Mini : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991

Go to the iTunes preferences, go to the Store tab and check to see if the Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases. Also check to see if any purchases are hidden as well.

HT4527 Will home sharing allow me to share music downloaded from cds?

At least 75% of my itunes library has been downloaded from my cd collection(approx 400-500 cds). How do I share this between multiplecomputers(I have a laptop and a desktop with a third laptop potentially on the way). I knwo I can share music downloaded from itunes but can;t figure out how to share the music from the CDs.

I have been referred to by ITunes support. I purchased ' the traverling Wiilburys' via my Ipad, it downloaded with no problem, and, via the cloud was installed on my PC. However, it will not load on my IPod. All software is current.

Did you check here:
Go to the iTunes store on your computer > Purchased (in the quick links section on the right) > sign in > Music
If it is already on your computer it will say "Downloaded" otherwise it will have a cloud icon with an arrow in it. Click it to download.

Removed mac from devices in itunes in the cloud (get it back?)

in my acct. in the itunes store i accidentally removed my mac from "manage devices", under itunes in the cloud. my iphone is still listed. for the life of me i cant figure out how to add my mac back. i can't seem to find anything to give me a clear and easy answer. any help would be appreciated, thank you.

As long as your Mac is authorized for the Apple ID (in Store>Authorize This Computer), I believe all you would need to do is either:
Download a previous purchase for the ID in iTunes
Subscribe to iTunes Match using the ID; or
Sign into the iTunes store with the ID, then enable Automatic Downloads in iTunes>Preferences>Store
Any of these should automatically add your Mac to the list of devices that are authorized to download from iTunes in the Cloud. The only restriction would be if you were trying to change IDs and it had been less than 90 days since it was first associated with the ID (i.e., there is a 90-day wait period before you can switch IDs: see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627).

Downloaded movies now only available via the Cloud

I've purchased (not rented) and downloaded several movies and TV shows to my daughter's iPad (over the past several months). All of a sudden, as of yesterday, only three of them are still available directly from the device (i.e. operating without WiFi in Airplane Mode), the rest are only available via the Cloud. This has occured on both iPads that this iTunes account is registered. My 4-year old daughter says she clicked an "X" when she went to watch a movie, but as I wasn't there when it happened, I don't know what she clicked exactly and where. What iOS version is on the iPad (Settings > General > About > Version) ? On iOS 5 and possibly 6 (I can't remember when it changed), you could delete films and/or TV programmes from the Videos app by pressing and holding it on the selection screen in the app, and after a second or two it would get an 'x' on its top left corner - tapping that would delete it from the device.

Apps are not intended to run on your computer, they are for iOS devices only, they are downloaded from your device to iTunes for safekeeping only.

Why Songs duplicated - downloaded and shown as itunes in the clouds

Just downloaded iTunes 11. Approx 400 songs are shown with the cloud. I understand that it represents songs bought on other devices but not yet downloaded on the PC. But thats not the case.Each of the songs had been previously downloaded and therefore shown twice in the library. One with the cloud and one without. I can uncheck the preference to remove those with the cloud. Shouldn't they disappear if downloaded on the PC ? Any thoughts ?

artist (unless they are supposed to be different)
disc number
album artist
disc count
compilation flag
artist
Try getting info on all tracks involved and re-type the album and artist names with an extra letter, close, then change them all back to the correct one

I'm having trouble with my iPad 2 iTunes Match loading all of the music from my very large iTunes library off my Pc to my iPad. I really only want a few playlists. Move the itunes Library.itl file to your exHD.
Then to get itunes to start using it from that new location, press *and hold* the shift key while starting itunes. Choose "use existing library" and browse out to the ITL file that is now on the exHD.
Future app downloads will go to the Mobile Applications folder created there. It will also start downloading the itunes store artwork to the exHD.
You can try downloading a free app to test it.

If using a Mac, use Migration Assistant to move your iTunes library from old computer to new. Afterwards you can sync from your new computer to your iPod.

I am not a subscriber to the cloud but each and every Lightroom update is the full software package, there are no incremental patches. As far as I am aware when you are a new subscriber you are entitled to the LR 5 version and you do not update any earlier package. If you have a trial or a perpetual licensed version of LR 5 already installed on your computer then you will need to uninstall this before the Cloud Application Manager will allow the Cloud LR version for install. Uninstalling an existing versions will not remove your personal files or settings.
