If Apple serviced the phone, there is a 90 days warranty on the repair. Bring it back and let them check the phone.

My Iphone4 has frozen while updating on itunes. Shows a itunes icon on the screen with a usb plug with arrow pointing towards itunes icon.

I have recently updated m iPhone 4 which was not used since months. It has to be updated from5.1.4 to iOS 7.0.4 and it has taken more than 15 hours to get started. Plz help me. It took about 5 to 6 hrs to prepare for updating.
I am having this problem. At first with the new iPhone 5, and then with the iPad 2. I am not sure why this is happening.
My gut feeling is this is an iO6 issue and here's why -
The problem mainly occurs with apps. I have about 150 apps, and when I plugged in the phone, iTunes went to sync all of them. The process would hang up after about 20 - 30 apps were loaded onto the phone. I could tell where about the process hung up because the apps on the phone showed up as "waiting".
Then on the iPad 2 I plugged in to sync and saw there was a huge "Other" component in my storage. It required me to restore the iPad 2 from backup. With this restore the same issues occurred - putting the apps back on the iPad would hang up. The videos on the iPad also got stuck - maybe after about 10 hours of videos transfered iTunes crashed.
My solution has been to soft reset the device, restart Windows, and continue the process until it's complete. This is remarkably inefficient and time-intensive but everything works with patience.
I have been wondering if others have had these same problems. -

I not so recently changed my email adress I associated with my Apple ID and my iCloud ID. My old email still shows up for iCloud, and won't let me change it to my new email. When I try to delete it and replace it with the proper email, it wants my password, which it won't accept because it's an invalid username.
I had this same issue and got it resolved very simply when I contacted Apple SUpport
Go to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and sign into your infomation
> Go to Manage apple id and primary email address
> Change it to the old apple id that your device is asking for
> Save changes
> Go to Settings > iCloud and sign out of the infomation
> Go back to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
> Change it back to the correct apple id
> Go to the email address adn reverify the apple id
> Sign back into iCloud on your device
> Smile

Although my apple ipod is 4g it seems to quit accepting the cd's I am trying to download and now will not allow the remaining 2.5gb available on my ipod.
Can anybody out there give me any clues as to why my apple ipod won't allow my remaining 2.5 gb of ipod space to download anymore of my cd's. As stated in the title, I was redownloading old purchases. After transferring a tv show onto my iphone it would not allow me to transfer another one. I wasn't able to locate the show on my phone, so then I checked my music. All of my music and podcasts were missing. My books were showing up at first, but then as soon as I closed out of one that I was reading and clicked on a different one they all vanished as well. I tried dragging on a song, a book, a show, and I kept getting the circle with the line through it. I have no idea what to do. My phone has always been set up to manually manage music and videos. When I selected to sync all music it still wouldn't do anything.
I've also recently, within the past 4 hours, uninstalled and reinstalled itunes because it kept crashing when I was trying to download my old purchases. I've done it before and haven't had any issues with it deleting anything before. I'm in the process of restoring my phone in the hopes that this will work, but I don't know if it will.
Anyone out there that can help me?iPhone 3G is Old technology. When it was launched it had iOS 2.0. Currently, the highest it can go is iOS 4.2.1 and therefore can not handle many newer applications. As you have recorded, it is giving good service for which it has been designed.
Needless to say, if you want to use applications as stated, you must have at least 3GS, whose current is iOS 6.1.2. On the lighter side; Rather than updating iOS they are asking you to update iPhone (Technology). Cheers -
I have an iPhone 3GS 16gb not jailbroken, that I just synced and updated to the latest fix. Before my google maps was working perfectly but since I updated it always gives me a current location that is about a half mile off in any direction. I have tried several hard resets to no avail. turning off my wifi, nothing. Turning off my location services-reset-then turn them back on, again nothing. Tried resetting network settings with the auto lock on never. Rebooted.. Nothing again..

doing a restore and then putting your information right back on the device is not a troubleshooting step. If anything, you wipe out the issue and then have put it right back on your phone. It would be better to restore as new -

I am also having this issue. Hear but not see. I am using the iTunes video app on my iPad to play a show I bought on iTunes. A little pop up box comes up on the lower left of my tv showing the show , I can hear it but not see it. Rebooted Apple TV and iPad. No help.
