HT1476 4s does not seem to respond when plugging with USB adapter

I've had my 4s for about 3 months and suddenly yesterday it wouldn't recognize when plugging in the adapter to charge it.  I don't think that I'm having a battery issue but more of an issue w/ the sensors recognizing the adapter.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Perform a hard reset and see if it fixes the issue.

I told my wireless network to forget two airport expresses 1 1st gen, 1 2nd gen so that I could rename them.  Now the network does not see them even when plugged in about 10 feet away from the airport extreme base station.  The network does recognize a totally new 2nd gen express.  Does "forget" mean forever?  How to reset?

The network does recognize a totally new 2nd gen express.
Then, it sounds like you have already reset the 2nd Gen Express, and now you need to set it up again, like you did the first time. Only, this time, assign the device name that you want to the AirPort Express.
Do NOT use the name that Apple suggests.....which will be something goofy like........Sueswimsf's Red Apple AirPort Express
    Assign a simple name.....something like     2ndGenExpress

  • 'Read JPEG File.vi' does not seem to work on PXI with real-time OS

I am trying to read a jpeg file on a PXI system with LabVIEW real-time on it. To test I created a very simple VI (attached) with only 4 objects: 'Path' --> 'Read JPEG File.vi' --> 'Draw Flattened Pixmap.vi' --> 'Picture'.
This VI works fine on my Windows XP host machine, but it does not work on the PXI system. The error code 1 occurs in 'Read JPEG File.vi'.
The jpeg picture is in the same directory as the VI. I don't think I got the path or filename wrong because if I change the file or path name I get another error: 7: 'File/Directory Info in Check Path.vi->Read JPEG File.vi->test.vi'.
Maybe reading jpeg files is not supported on realtime systems? I could not find anything about it. Sol
utions or workarounds are of course welcome!

'Read JPEG File.vi' is not supported on LabVIEW RT. I believe it has to do with special functions or libraries need to be called due to the JPEG image type. Instead you can use a Bitmap and the 'Read BMP File.vi', which I believe is completely implemented in G code.
Keep in mind that the RT System doesn't really have a front panel and that the front panel is only 'available' when LabVIEW is connected to the target such as being targeted or having a remote panel to it. Generally, a deployed RT system doesn't have a UI and just communicates to a Host VI which acts as the UI. Having said that, the BMP file worked when I tested.

  • Do Not Disconnect does NOT appear on screen when plugged in w/ USB

Please help! I have updated over 300 songs on my 30G ipod. After about a week of not putting any songs on, I went to connect the ipod, and it was frozen on the Do Not Disconnect logo. I reset it immediately and it was okay. Now, when I connect it to the computer, Itunes does not recognize my ipod. Cannot update anything to myipod. And the Do Not Disconnect logo does not appear when connected...........Does anyone know what I have to do? I tried already resetting it and still nothing happens. I don't want to reinstall itunes, b/c I don't want anything lost......Thank you!!

  • IPhoto 11 does not see thumb drive when inserted into USB Port, 9 did.

I updated from iphoto 9 to 11 and updated to OSX, Previously when a usb thumb drive was inserted iphoto would see it, now irt does not, anyone have any hints for me?

    Well here's the first problem:
The drive is in MS-DOS (FAT) format (a 500Gb Lacie).
iPhoto needs to have the Library sitting on disk formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Users with the Library sitting on disks otherwise formatted regularly report issues including, but not limited to, importing, saving edits and sharing the photos. So, get the Library onto an appropriately formatted disk.
If you're thinking of reformatting that disk, remember that doing so will erase it, and so make sure you back it up first.
I would try open the Library from an appropriately formatted disk. If the issues persist them try the rebuild with Library Manager again.

  • My new computer with Windows 8.1 does not recognize my iPhone when connected via USB.

My new Dell Computer with Windows 8.1 does not recognize my iPhone 5 when connected via USB.  I have reinstalled iTunes to no avail.

Hey, I may have to if I can't get this one to work!!
I have tried a different USB to no avail.  Both cables work on my old Dell so I don't believe they are the issue.
I uninstalled iTunes as directed by Apple Support and reinstalled.  Apparently, Apple Mobile Device Support is not loading with it because it does not show up in programs.

  • IPad does not appear to respond when trying to charge

I have been having problems when trying to charge my iPad.
I started charging it yesterday morning after it fell to 20%, and it seemed to charge fine. As I had to go to work, I stopped charging it when it was about 80%, and thought I would resume charging as soon as I would arrive back from work.
However, when I attempted to do this, the iPad failed to respond and the Apple logo was not appearing (as you would normally expect).
On both occasions I am charging my iPad from the mains.
Is the issue that I should have charged it all the way to 100% when I first charged it yesterday morning?
If anyone could shed any light on this issue, I would be most grateful. Thanks in advance.

I don't think the level of charge affects much. One post reported the charging current decreases slightly when the ipad's charge reaches 75% on the way up.
I charge mine overnight any time it's at approximately 60% or less. When I do top it off with the wall charger, it's fairly quick. Just an hour or so.

  • HT200160 This solution does not seem to work when I upgraded from OS X 10.6 to OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion).  I've tried all versions of this.  Any suggestions specific to getting this to work with Mountain Lion?

Any suggestions for making this work with Mountain Lion?  I've tried all similar solutions on web.  I've been able to get this to work with Lion, and after upgrading to Mountain Lion it seems to hold true (doesn't make me implement again).  But when I went from OSX 10.6 to Mountain Lion and have to implement it on 10.8 - it isn't working. Thanks.

  • FailureHandlerExample does not seem to work when used in the ProcessModelPostStepFailure Sequence of the SequentialModel

I've incorporated the FailureHandlerExample into my Test Sequences (with some minor modifications) and it works ok when it is in the SequenceFilePostStepFailure in my Sequence File. However, it says in the Sequence comments that this can be made into a ProcessModel Sequence by putting into the ProcessModelPostStepFailure Sub Sequence of the SequentalModel. I tried this, and it doesn't work. It has the same internal steps as the SequenceFilePostStepFailure Sequence, but it never gets called. What do I need to do to get this to work properly in the event of a failure?

I have just tried the callback and it works for me. Here is what I did.
    1) open new sequence file.
    2) double click on model path shown at the bottom of the sequence editor. This opens model file associated with the new sequence file.
    3) with the process model file active, select Edit>>Sequence File Callbacks
    4) select ProcessModelPostStepFailure in the dialog box provided, click the Add button and then the Edit button.
    5) Add a message popup to the newly created ProcessModelPostStepFailure.
    6) Return to the new sequence file created in step 1 above.
    7) select the None adapter and insert a Numeric Limit Test step type.
    8) change the step limits to be 5 and 10. The step will then fail since the default measurement is 0, outside of the limits.
    9) run the sequenc
    e by selecting Execute>>Single Pass.
The step fails and the ProcessModelPostStepFailure is called, displaying the message popup.
See if this works for you.

  • File could not be written....is the problem when trying to import any photo from my hard drive.. I have just downloaded lightroom 5 and it does not seem to want to link with my photos .. win 7

    question

Could you quote the entire error message, word-for-word, verbatim? What Import settings are you using ... Copy, Move, Add?
Most likely you have a permissions issue, but it will be much more clear to me if I can see the entire message.
