What is the absoulute best way to charge and discharge my iPhone 5S? Should I wait until the battery is below a certain percentage level before recharging?

Plug it in anytime you desire.
Charge it until you are ready to unplug it, then do so.
The only no-no is allowing the device to completely discharge.

Jesus...when people are signing up for the first time, we have no idea of the questions that will be asked. Give us a break and give us time to sign up. Not everone is disability free and able to go thru your process quickly...you are NOT user friendly. You should be for people who are wanting to join your community. I used to want an Apple product but now that I have had first hand experience with your web page, I think I will probably stay away from Apple products. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I watched the "Apple Online Seminar" on podcasting and now I'm all concerned about my microphone. The headset I am currently using is so convenient I hate to give it up. It makes me wonder what the absolute best headset available is. With the popularity of podcasting I would think one would be available that has some type of "pop filter". Please share your thoughts on whether there is any way to achieve quality sound with a headset...

The list for microphone is endless but the best thing to do is to check out this site that gives different user reviews about microphones for podcasts. On the other hand, if you are operating in a tight budget you should also considering preparing the room you record your sounds in to have good acoustics(no background noise and no echo) and then have an "okay" microphone.

I have had no problems with receiving or sending E-mails using Hotmail Account on iPad..
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars> Add Account> Microsoft Hotmail
The iPad should automatically the POP3 and SMTP Settings for Hotmail.

What's the right/best way to publish from Captivate 7 for use in Presenter 9

Just upgraded to captivate 7 and have presenter 9. We are updating some old training courses created using Presenter with demos created in Captivate. I've gotten as far as upgrading the old .cp files to .cpx files and now am ready to publish the files within Captivate so I can import them into Presenter 9.
When I hit 'publish' in captivate there are options to publish as .swf and/or .html5. So I am trying to fugre out what will work best given what I'm trying to do. In presenter I don't see an option to import HTML5, only video files or .swf files, is that correct? in which case i need to publish as .SWF files? Is that the best way to do it in order to be able to import into Presenter 9?
If that's the case, and I need to have .SWF files, how do I choose which Flash Player version I want to use when I publish the files in Captivate? It's got the drop down box containing Flash 10, 10.2 and 11. My instinct would be to use the newest (flash 11). Is that correct? If not, why would I want to use a lower Flash version?

You can publish to either as .mp4 (Go to publish >Media >Mp4 ) or .swf from Captivate 7. In presenter 9 you do have an option to either import .swf or .mp4 files. See the image below to import these two formats in presenter:

Assuming your phone is carrier locked to O2, put your phone in Airplane mode. This turns off all iPhone radios, but you can go back into settings & turn both WiFi & Bluetooth back on.

Welcome to the forum, Cinema. There's a ton of people on here with lots of good advice and experience, so read frequently and if you have any questions do a quick search before posting. You'll probably find the answers.
As far as best export out of FCP, the best is going to be File>Export>Quicktime Movie. This will export your project with the settings your timeline is set to. Any other option is going to compress the project somehow and you'll lose quality.
Compressor and DSP I'm still learning myself, so do some reading on the forum and in the manual (always a good place to look) and see what you can find.

These work. "Drag to Trash" does not remove all parts of the app.

If you want something free, the first one. I would recommend [CleanApp|http://www.syniumsoftware.com/cleanapp> if you are going to pay for something. CleanApp has a lot more functionality, just don't get carried away with deleting too much.

Lithium ion batteries don't require much special handling. Charge them when ever you want. You don't have to wait until they discharge completely. In fact, the one thing you really shouldn't do with a lithium ion battery is drain it completely and let it sit that way.
