HT1483 I got a new ipod 160gb & I can sync my old 80gb one but the new one will not sync
I got a new 160gb ipod classic. Cannot sync it to itunes but I can sync my 80gb ipod classic. How do I get it to work?
Figured it out. Needed to uncheck the most of the factory settings on the ipod before it could start syncing.

The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. Just be cause the account was disabled (Apple ID) doesn't mean you can't reset the password and have access to your iTunes purchases.
Use the iforgot link to reset your password > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears

I just migrated everything from an old Mac to a new one, but now Acrobat Professional will not launch. I get an error message: "Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional cannot be launched at this time......"
I used "Migration Assistant" to send everything from my old mac to my new which included my copy of Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. I tried downloading an update but when it asked me to find the version of acrobat to replace it was grayed out and I was unable to select it. My OS is 10.9.4

Sounds like something is wrong with the sync history.
Troubleshooting:
1.) Backup all your data:

Go to "backing up data" and then "Backing up from me.com/calendar"
2.) Reset the computer's sync services and then restart the computer: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1627
3.) Plug in the iPhone and attempt a sync.
If that does not resolve the issue, where is the information "good", on the iPod Touch or the computer and are you using MobileMe to sync or do you just plug in your usb cable.

I used to be able to download the items from the itunes store on my ipod, but that isn't an option anymore. I'm not sure how to get the items on my ipod.
Because you can set Restrictions on age/content and one song might be age restricted.

I recently purchased three movies via ITunes on my computer. I bought them to transfer to my new Ipad mini. When I tried to sync them to the Ipad mini 1 worked and the other two did not. How do I fix this without having to reset all the settings?
Check in iTunes on the "Movies" tab while your iPad is syncing and make sure you have the correct sync options checked.
Also, I assume you did in fact purchase (and not rent) the movies. Rented movies have different rules - they can only be on one device at a time. -
When I loaded the new ios7 software on my ipad, I found that I could not sync my iPad with the kindle app. I hesitate to delete the app and reload it in fear I will lose all my books. Can anyone help me?

Isn't all your kindle stuff archived by amazon, so that you can't lose it by deleting the app? In any case, nothing to do with Apple. -

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

OK, so im trying to use my icloud account, but months ago when i got my iphone, i sent myself the confirmation email, and i cant find it now. Is there a way to send another one? I also tryed deleating the account and starting over, but it keeps on pulling the same account up? what should i do?

You can't connect an iPod to an iPad to transfer content between the two - the most that you might be able to do is to copy photos from an iPod Touch to the iPad via the camera connection kit, but you can't tramsfer music. The minimum specs for syncing from a Mac is OS X 10.5.8
The minimum requirements for iTunes Match for a Mac are (from here) :
Mac OS X v10.6.8 or later
Windows Vista or later
iTunes 10.5.1 or later
iOS 5 or later on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S iPod touch (3rd and 4th generation), iPad, or iPad 2
