When trying to purchase a song from my iphone it ask for security questions. I dont recall putting in any so how can I go in and change them. from my itunes account

HT1725 I can't remember my answers to my security questions in order to purchase songs on my iPhone

I have been able to purchase songs from my iPhone and I tried buying a new one and it required me to sign in and answer security question and I don't remember the answers I put and I do not want to be locked out and not to be able to buy songs. Help!

Tried this. Settings indicate no password required for booting and no password required for waking from sleep. Password is not required when rebooting; however, continues to require password when waking from sleep. Any advise?
This was design by default, you still need password when system locked.

If they were purchased from iTunes then connect the phone to your Mac's iTunes and the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases should copy them over. If they came from other sources (e.g. copied from CDs) then you will need a third-party program on your Mac to copy them back - there are some listed half-way down this page : Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
If by 'missing' you mean that you have them listed in the Music part of your iTunes library but get the 'would you like to locate' message when trying to play them then you will need to delete them from there for the Transfer Purchases to work - otherwise that will see those entries in your library and assume that you still have them somewhere and not copy them back.

Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. You should sync your audiobooks to other devices via iTunes on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen after you tap the store button in the top corner of the iBook app on your iOS device.

I've found a couple of pages online where it states:
In Settings, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Select the account for which you wish to change the settings.
Select Advanced, located at the bottom of the list.
Select the Delete from server option.
Choose Seven days from the pop-up menu.
Press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
However, I don't have an Advanced option. When I go into Accounts and select Hotmail -> Account, it only shows me my email address, password, description and a S/MIME option.
Does anyone know how I can do this?

No, you need to change the settings on your MacBook so that your MacBook synchronizes with the mail server. If your MacBook is using POP to access your mail account, it doesn't care what your phone does with the messages.

Our company recently purchased a Ricoh printer and implemented the User Log Code feature to track whos printing and how much. Our biggest problem is that no apps we can locate allow for log code input and therefore no mobile devices can print. Is there any work around for this? Any app that allows the input of log codes?

That's way beyond the scope of this forum. There are, though, print server monitors that would allow you to track printing from workstations on your network that are not connecting directly to the printer via WiFi.
