I bought a game as a gift for a friend of mine. Only then realize that my firend already has the game. I'd like to return this app and gift something else instead. However, the report a problem option brings me to this page, which doesn't exist. Is there anyway to refund this app and gift something else instead. p.s. I haven't given the code to my friend. It's safe with me.

I have an iPhone 4; when I am talking and a call comes in and I attempt to answer the incoming call I invariably drop one of the calls...how do I put one call on hold while I answer the other? Will updating the software solve the problem?

You will keep the Apps you have, but you will not be able to update them unless you sign back into that Apple ID.
Go into Settings > Store, at the bottom select your Apple ID, sign out, and sign in with the new one.

You can't gift it, gifting can only be done from within the store, not from within your library.
Puchases are considered final but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

See a a version compable with your iPod is available:

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1

Very very likely that tax is applicable and tax is more than $0.01. You need to add a payment method for the tax. If you add a credit card, the girft card balance will be used up first.
