Both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibit the same error. Sometimes this happens 3 times in one day or perhaps every third day. When I open either package I get a message saying that I have 00 days left in the trial and to continue I need to purchase a licence or start a trail. If I click on purchase a Licence the once I log in with Adobe ID I can get started. I have contacted Adobe chat support 6 times. They suggest deleting an opm.db file and assure me that this will sort the problem and within 24 hours back to square one
Here it happens only with photoshop cc 2014. i just deleped opm.db i will check again tomorrow.

so i had itunes on my computer it tried to do an update and told me i didnt have the authority to do so...deleted it and tried to reinstall and i keep getting a message saying service "apple mobile device" failed to start verify that you have sufficient privleges to do so...what does this mean?

I tried to restore a backup from a 32 Gig iPhone 4s (That seemed successful) to a 32 Gig iphone 5C and get the message "backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iphone that is being restored" Can anyone assist?
I have the same issue and I KNOW my backup IS good. What happen is when you try to restore your phone apple says something like can I check for new updates and if you choose no, it just takes you back to the restore screen and a loop from then on. If you dont update from you phone then when you back up you will have the 5.0.1 back up and then when you update to 5.1.1 and then try to restore the backup from 5.0.1 it say it EITHER corrupt or incompatible.. It is incompatible and its hard as **** to restore back to 5.0.1. I followed the restore to a T and still getting errors. I lost all text history and have to reset up email. All just because I wanted a 1.2 Gigs of "other" space back.

this morning I find I have been charged $1 from I tunes?

Havent really been able to use it since I bought it at xmas time..It sounds as though you didn't actually order the movie and just set up your payment info. The $1 is just a holding sum, you won't actually get charged that.

Please sign out of Muse and Sign In again. Also Make sure Creative cloud application is up to date ( to check that sign out of creative cloud and sign in again if its not up to date you will be prompted to install the update)
To sign out of muse click on Help > Sign Out
If the issue is still not fixed then please rename the "OOBE" folder to "OOBE.old" from the following locations
MAC : (This folder can be found at Finder > Go > Go to Folder> Type ~/library/application support/Adobe > Hit return)
Widows : ( This folder can be found at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe )
Please let me know in case the issue still persist

When I try to play stuff I get a message saying I require HDCP for playback! what's that?
So disappointed with Apple TV, just bought it and it won't work, I can use YouTube on the tv, but not from my iPad.
I can't play videos from iPad as it keeps telling me that I require a HDCP for play back. I have a top of the range HDTV set up.

HDCP is a copy protection protocol. Content that contains HDCP protection requires that all devices are HDCP compliant, if your TV isn't compliant or isn't telling the iPad that it is compliant the movie won't play.
Also, it only works when my iTunes is on my computer. I have set it up as by the instructions.
If you mean it will only play content from your library when iTunes is running, then that is quite normal, you wouldn't expect the Apple TV to be able to read a library that isn't turned on would you. -
I have tried numerous time to update iTunes to version 11.1.4. It has failed every time. Now I can't even get into iTunes on my PC. The message I get is "This application has failed to start because MSVCR60.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem." Okay. Which application? What steps are needed for this process?
Also, I get this message "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)" Could someone please assist me in the steps necessary to remedy this issue. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
