WHen I first got this ipad2 and started using iTunes, I had £15+ taken from my account though I'd not bought anything. After trying to contact them a few times, I gave up. Now the same thing has happened with a download I don't need because I'd bought the book from Amazon. I've tried e mailing and phoning, but get no response. Has anyone had the same problem? Just expirenced something similar. After being loyal Apple customers for 10 years I was unable to receive support because Apple doesn't support all products sold in their stores nor do they consider iPhone part of their WiFi support network.
We recently bought an iBaby to use with our iphones as monitors. We have purchased 3 new iphones in the past 2 months. We also have 2 iBooks, 1 imac desk top, and an Airport Express. While trying to install the iBaby the Airport Expressed stopped working. My internet provider told me I needed to contact Apple. After about 40 minutes on the phone, James a senior advisor told me Apple doesn't support any of the current products we have purchased and that I would have to pay $50 for support. After telling me the solution was simple.
Apple support should value their loyal customers. This seems like a scam to me since we have paid support on all our past products and the iPhones we just purchased. This experience has jaded me from wanting to continue being an Apple customer.

It sounds like there is an issue with the audiobook you purchased from iTunes. I recommend following the steps in the following article to report this to the iTunes Store:
To report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase, follow these steps:
Find the email receipt for your purchase.
Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.

I spoke to someone at adobe who said they would cancel my two memberships as it was a misunderstanding and now i receive a mail saying money has been taken out my account. They reactivated my account without me doing it myself and then saying thank you for reactivating. FUMING!!!

You can use all of them but they can be activated twice only for e.g. if you install the photography plan on two computer as soon as you try to activate the illustrator CC , it will ask you to deactivate.
You should contact Adobe Support & get two of the order cancelled, since it is duplicate subscription so the renewals charges will be refunded back. You need to buy them under different Adobe ID to use them.

However, when orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization should show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled. From there, the authorization should drop off and the collection charge should appear. This is the case for your one charge of $1,051.69.
It also sounds like an error may have occurred when you initially attempted to place your order, resulting in one of your gift cards not registering properly and the order not being completed. Your card’s issuing bank doesn’t appear to have recognized this and pushed through the pending authorization. Let's see. You tried to purchase items three or four times and each time it didn't work. So why would you expect that a fourth (or fifth time) would suddenly work?

I am using Numbers app for the ipad and it has been working absolutely fine but now, when I want to email a spreadsheet as a PDF via the 'share and print' option, the file now doesn't appear as an attachment to the recipient. Any ideas please?

Restoring your iPod to factory settings is the best way to try and get it back to working order. You can use the instructions below to restore it:
How to restore iPod
Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
Click Restore.
If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.

My old computer has broken and I had not backed up my Itunes. I now have the hard drive from my old computer (windows 7) but cannot transfer the music. How can I transfer the music from my old hard drive to the new laptop (windows 8)?
Copy the entire iTunes folder from \Users\<User>\Music on the old drive into your music folder on the new computer.
