When I purchase chips in "poker" app, i see message "Please contact ITunes support to complete this transaction".What I have to do?
um, you would have to "contact iTunes support to complete the transaction". Is there something that you don't understand?

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

Why do I get this message "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" when I try to gift "Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary" app?
I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

I am having trouble logging into my iTunes Account. When it ask me to verify my payment information. I verify that all the information is correct and press the done tab and get back this error message " Please contact iTunes support to complete this tranaction". What do I need to do to correct this problem because I can't buy anything with this problem? I have also made sure I have the latest version of iTunes.
check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account
if using an other computer make sure all fileds are right and filled in
and u enter to itunes sec code -

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.

- I'm using Apple ID Canada and playing a game (i.e. Clash of Clans from http://www.supercell.net) which identifies each game account by their GameCenter account. Hence in case of using only this Apple ID, for how many account game I can buy in-app purchases?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs. -
