You need to unsync them from your iPod. Plug it in, go to iTunes, Press your iPod on the screen, either in the sidebar or in the top bar, and check unsync photos. That's the only way to delete those.

When backing up my iPod Touch to my new laptop, iTunes wiped my iPod and all iCloud data associated with it.

I was backing up my iPod to my new laptop and it told me to download the new update (not iOS 7). I have a iPod Touch 4th gen. Half way through the update my internet connection died. By the time my connection was back I had to restore my iPod to factory settings because file were corrupted. I thought this was fine and I would just restore from iCloud having backed up several times, but my iPod was somehow no longer asscociated with my apple account and had changed it's 'digital name' with apple. Where has all my data gone, and can I get it back?

No - I changed that setting. I dont know how but the memory must have reset...I was listening to it last night, shut it down and turned it on and all was gone.

After restoring my ipod, I tried syncing and only the songs I purchased on my ipod synced(except for 1 song for some reason). Syncing is when error -69 tells me I cannot sync my other songs onto my ipod. Any help with fixing this problem is appreciated.

I recently updated my iPod (a few days ago) to iOS 7 and today I connected it to my laptop to add some new things, (my itunes was version 11.1.1) and suddenly it began synchronizing with files from my laptop and my iPod did not recognize my songs, all were erased... ("Add manually" option was checked), I tried to load it to 100%, but nothing.... I also tried to update my iTunes to the newest version then I tried to add again some of my songs but it was really slow, then I disconnected my iPod from my laptop and again some of the songs were unrecognizable... I guess that I will slowly be adding songs, but I want to know what really happened, could have been that I've connected my iPod with iOS7 to my iTunes 11.1.1?

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your ipod. Only if you back up your iPod manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your iPod without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
All media content will be erased during the first sync, but you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the ipod for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

I was trying to sync my iPod when all of a sudden I have 6.9 GB of information under the section "other" and I don't know where it came from and because of it I can no longer sync my iPod because there is too much info to fit. How do I get rid of this random information which I can't find any cause for on my iTunes library? Most of my content is audio at 7GB, my video is at .14GB, and I'm up to date in my software, and I have searched my iTunes for this 6.9GB of information and can find nothing that is in there that shouldn't be in there, so where did it come from? Where did it go? And how do I get rid of it? I have a Mac OS X Version10.6.8

"Other" represents data that iTunes can't recognize. A few hundred mb of other is normal. The 6.9 gb you have represents corrupted data (maybe from an interrupted sync or some other glitch).
Sometimes, syncing one more song can clear up the extra other. If not, you'll need to restore your iPod. Here are the instructions: Restore: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414

Sanmannyer, just what are you smoking? iTunes can sync non-iTunes purchased music to any iPod and iOS devices (iPod touch, iPhone and iPad) as long as it is not DRM protected.

Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and look at the date of the backup. Does the date f the backup correspond to whene the saved games would be on the iOd? If so, restore the iPod from backup. Make sure that the apps are in the iTunes library so they will be synced t the iPOd as part of the restore from backup
Make sure thew auto-syncing is turned off . Otherwise, when yu connct the iPod to the computer the old backup will be deleted and replaced with the new ne that doe not contain the data. To turn off, check the box in iTunes>Prefernences>Devices that says "Prevent iPods....syncing".
