Okay, that is the latest iOS. As far as shortcuts are concerned, they should be available. Go to Settings, General, Keyboard, Shortcuts. You should find the settings and area to enter new ones there. The area to set what numbers to receive calls from in DND mode are in Settings, Notifications, Do Not Disturb, and then then Allow Calls From.

It mostly depends on the damage that was done (the LCD, keyboard, etc) but yours does not turn on so I am assuming it was fully submerged and completely damaged. Therefore, I would think your warranty is most definitely void.
When did this happen? How bad was it? Have you taken any measures to get it to dry? You can go online and you can find tips on how to dry it at least a bit so that it is not as bad, it might not get it to work, but it can help you prevent rusting, which would cause further damage thus reducing the probability of getting repaired/replaced. Also, do not try to turn it on unless you have tried to dry it as it will damage it even more (electricity + water = destruction). I would suggest giving this a try, and if it is still not working then it is probably worth a try with Apple, just go in for a consultation in terms of pricing. If they seem too high and/or the warranty is void, then you can opt for after-market products which significantly reduce the repair costs... as you would have nothing to lose anyway in terms of warranty.
It's $3,000, that pays my rent. Even investing $1,000 would be better than just not giving it a try at all lol.

It states that they are incorporating twitter in to the software to that by a simple click you can upload items to twitter. Same thing goes for the iOS devices. How come Apple Store does not sell 6 Core or 12 Core Mac Pro?

It was around March they had Apple Mac Pro 12 Core for sale but now they don't how come?
I tried looking on other websites and they said it's discontinued.
I tried eBay they have a few new ones for sale.

Just "Select" one of the new black cylinder models. Then you get a new screen that allows you to specify "features". One feature is 12 cores.
The cost of that Mac is nearly double the cost of a 4 core. Are you sure you are doing enough Ray Tracing or Compressor or similar work to keep that many cores busy?
For about the same money as the 12-core, you could have two complete four-core models.
For only US$500 more than the four core, you could have a 6-core, a nice balance between practical everyday capability and some modest ability to stretch into the heavy rendering work.

The possible reasons could be....
1. Bad connector cable
2. Faulty power adapter/charger
3. Problem with the wall socket
4. Faulty dock connector opening
5. Something impeding the charge getting through - debris in the connector end of the iPad
6. Faulty iPad/corrupt software
Try another cable, another power adapter, another wall socket, and go from there. Nobody can just guess what the reason is, start eliminating some of the possible causes and go from there.

Just because you have a strong signal it doesn't mean you don't have interference.
However do you have any long audio tracks you can try, you could try stitching 10 or so together in QuickTime and testing to see if the problem persists.

How can you expect apple to track a million devices that are stolen every year across the globe? You had find my iphone on it, you can see if someone connects to a wifi source. Yes, Apple does have a screening process or else there would be floods of scams. When you get your email receipt, click the Report a Problem link, follow the steps and say the item was not as described (depending on how you define "useless"). Sometimes a bad one slips through.

Yosemite supports up to OpenGL 4.1 and OpenGL is up to 4.5 now?

The woefully few manuals it manages to provide now are all created in Indesign and desperately need the critical eye of an editor to correct the errors, ommisions, obsolescence and plain confusing statements.
As Apple's efforts grow ever more obscure, awkward, contradictory and difficult to use, it tells it Users next to nothing about how they all work.

LOL, I saw the points tally and thought at first you were opening a thread to motivate some ideas to pass back!
I assumed also that the points did not come from iBA and like others... were experienced and skilled dealing with Pages etc,.
Fact is Apple cloned iBA from Pages - which is basically a sound concept and suits a purpose.. but the cry as always been... "give us a decent manual". Apple in their wisdom apparently did not conceive that people would use iBA having never used pages. I actually purchased iWorks back in 2005 for my then new PowerPC G5 10.4.11 tried it and went back to MS Publisher!
18 months or more on depending on iBA's release, most users are pretty much capable now but a few new comers from other software packages do seen to have trouble getting information to start up.
From Apples point of view.. their project worked, the software as it is as flooded the book store with product dedicated to iPads and therfore income for Apple only. I have no doubt the next update will deal with some of the isssues sent in as feedback.
