HT1498 I rented a movie and halfway thorugh it someone hit the remote and it stopped. Now when I try to go back to it it says we already rented it and need to go to settings and search downloads.  However, i can't find anything in settings that says downl

Now when i try to play it again it says I have already rented it and have to go to settings and look for downloads. However, I can not find anything called downloads in settings! Can yuo tell me where its is?

Some are reporting that logging out and back into your account again will resolve this. However if your problem persists:
Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will need to click the large ‘Report A Problem’ button under the list of previous purchases in order to reveal the ‘Report A Problem’ link for your recent purchase. If your purchase is listed as a previous purchase use the small arrow on the left side of its listing.
Alternatively you can use the receipt email to report a problem.
