I am having problems renting a movie from the apple TV. The download only goes to 46%. I have tried changing the resolution to 720, I have gone to the settings and check for rentals it advises that there is no additional rentals found.
Any suggestions.

You have to go to SMTP settings for your email account and enter a password there. Sended and receiving are two different activities managed by 2 differet servers, and each may require a separate user ID and password.
