i need to change my old apple id on my icloud account and am having problems doing so

iCloud doesn't work with Mac OS X 10.3 or earlier.  I've requested this thread be moved to a forum more likely to get you help.

  • CS6, used for several years, will not open due to Cloud issue????????

    I have a registered version of CS6 that I have used for a couple of years.  Now it will not open due to a Cloud issue.  CS6 was prior to Cloud!!  How do I open CS6???  Win 7 OS.

  • Sony 46V5100 clouding issue

    Just got this TV and it has noticable clouding on all four corners, especially at night during black scenes.  I see it's a common problem after googling it.  How do I replace this TV when its out of stock everywhere locally?

    I had this same model and returned it.  I saw the clouding issues just like you are saying, but the deal breaker for me was the red flashing that this series is known for.  It happens on certain times where the red in the picture will flicker to a different type of red.  You can google "Sony V5100 series red flashing" and learn more about it.  I heard that it is really bad on The Daily Show.   I exchanged this tv for a Samsung and upon setting up the Samsung, I looked it over and found at least 2 dead pixels, so I am either going to exchange it for the same model or go plasma, I'm not sure yet.  I hope this helps you to make a wise decision about keeping or taking back your V series tv.  If you can't deal with these two issues, flashlighting and red flashing, I would not exchange for the same model because it seems they all have these issues. 

  • I Pad 4 - I Cloud issue

    I updated my i-phone 5 to IOS7 when it suggested I do so and without doing research on it first - should have!  I hate the look of the calendar it's really hard to read - and all of the information I had previously inputted for the upcoming months appears to have disappeared.  But the main issue I have now is that my I-pad 4 which was connected to the I-phone by I-cloud has a "blurb" frozen on it that says "ICloud Backup - This Ipad hasn't been backed up in 3 weeks.  Backups happen when this Ipad is plugged in, locked and connected to Wi-Fi" and gives me the OK option.  (I have been out of the country for 3 weeks thus no back-up).  Although I have followed all instructions, I can't get this blurb to disappear by pressing OK and I can't turn the device off to re-set.  The Ipad continues to appear to work as notifications are appearing behind the frozen "blurb". This appears to have just happened since I updated my Iphone to IOS 7 - any suggestions?

    Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.  This just restarts it, you won't lose any data.

  • Creative Cloud Issue - Error 205

    Okay, this is kind of annoying. I'm trying to download Creative Cloud onto my computer, just the install manager (step 1) and it keeps giving me the same error when I click on the set up program. I've done everything suggested by other forum answers and the general tutorial and step by step stuff that they tell you try first. None of it worked. I'm still getting error 205.

  • Creative Cloud issue with serial number (Photoshop CS6)

    Hi.
    I run Windows 7 64 bits. I just suscribed to Creative Cloud after my Photoshop CS6 evualuation period expired. I am now trying to launch PS CS6. I click the "Licence" activation button, connected with my adobe ID (with which I sucribed to Creative Cloud) but it stills asks for a serial number, which was not given to me. I tried uninstalling the whole Adobe product family from my computer and then downloading and installing again Photoshop but issue remains. I can't use Photoshop even though I paid for it the my current subscription is going on, I don't know what to do next. Thanks.

    I had issues with my computer, i needed to do a system restoration  than  now i have not more installed the photoshop cs6 , but the creative cloud says : you have, now i cant download ps again. What i have to do? I think i need  erase some register that adobe have in my computer? Where ? How?

  • Parential Lockout in the Cloud issue

    I have a E4200 V2 recently upgraded to the Cloud.  Luv the new software.  One area I really liked is the new parental admin area which has more options regarding lockput time than the old non cloud software.
    There does though seem to be a problem with the parental area.  When I engage it, I can set certain computers to use connections at specific times, yet this does not appear to be working.  Every PC on my network is locked out of Internet access not just those I have set up times for.  Am I doing something wrong or is this and issue?

  • Verizon Cloud Issues on S6 Edge

    I am having issues with Verizon Cloud not restoring all of my messages, photo's, and contacts.  Is anyone else having this issue and what is the remedy?  I have tried doing a factory reset to no avail and I'm getting pretty frustrated as when I upgraded I made sure everything was backed up to the cloud before I even walked in the store.

    Not only are my contacts stuck in the trash on verizonwireless.com, but every couple of days Verizon Cloud syncs to my phone and removes all of the contacts from my phone, and this has happened three times now! I never had this problem when using backup assistant, but now that I have the cloud instead it is causing this major problem.! Also, I downloaded the Cloud desktop application on my PC, and even though my username and password are both correct, it will not let me in no matter what.
     Please get back to me asap, I am extremely frustrated right now

  • Why has Apple always had sync/cloud issues?

    I've been using Mac computers (and phones) for decades.
    I can't remember a time there was no issues with Apple syncing to the cloud and across devices.
    Today I discovered yet more sync problems with the lists in the Reminders app not syncing their position properly across devices.
    I've re-booted, turned on/off, etc. etc. bla bla... I don't even want to fix it... it's just the same story... decades on.
    I-disk, Mobile Me, iCloud.
    Why can't Apple figure it out?

    I have no such problems.

    I have music that has been downloaded to my ipod touch, but I keep losing music that I upload from CD or it reverts back to cloud on the sync. What do I do? I have cloud and iTunes match, are there known issues?

    If you are an iTunes Match subscriber, you can't sync your musice from your computer using iTunes, it that's what you are doing.  You have to download it from your iTunes Match account in iCloud.

  • 39l4300u dlna and cloud issues

    I just received a 39L4300U a couple days ago. Picture is amazing, I'd even go as far as saying overall quality is better than the Sony I just got a couple months ago. Sound is good too.... for a flat panel. 
    Now the problems - 
    TV will not create cloud account. You enter a username and the thing freezes. You can exit and view tv, but if you go to use any other feature that requires the use of the on screen keyboard, it freezes again.
    I gave up trying to create an account and skipped it. 
    But then it would take 30 seconds or more just to load the content screen, and then navigation was sluggish. 
    Tried Media Share, it played everything I threw at it. Except the load times between screens were terrible. 
    I called tech the next day, they said reset the tv, if problem still occurs return it. 
    TV recovers from reset. 
    Still no cloud account creation.  Skipped it again. This time it's fast....er. 
    Test some more and now I can't tune in to any of the rf channels on my coax. I can't use the web browser. 
    Called my distributor I purchased the tv from, he said deprive it of power and try again. 
    Upon reboot of the tv, I was able to use Browsing, FIx my tuning, and Use the basic content on the cloud interface. 
    So I figured I was good. 
    Later that night, I try to play the same mp3 from the same server I had the night before. This time I get "Unsupported Format",  or Media Error. 
    Changed TV to power completely down when power button is pressed. 
    Still no media upon reboot.
    Turned on the Media Rendere that I chose to skip after the reset, Still Nothing. 
    At this point (being a Toshiba Telecom Dealer) I figure it's more of the same, we have a great Idea but we're going to put the bare minimum hardware in to make it work. 
    So What's the Fix? Do I get a new set and try it again? Is there another software update coming? Why can't we do the account creation with our PC's instead? Is there a thrive in my TV running my TV? 
    Most importantly, with the technology we have today, with devices that fit in your pocket having Quad Core processors, why in the heck am I even having this problem? 
    It's just so darn disappointing that such a great image and sound producing television is bogged down with wimpy hardware, and what seems to be flakey software. The size of this tv that's closest to my Sony, isn't all that much cheaper, yet the sony seems to have no problem browsing, DLNA, Loading the Smart Apps, or anything like that. Unfortunately it is plagued by washed out color on the HDMI inputs. OTA and Hulu are great. Hulu even outputs Dolby Digital. 

    Update : DLNA Issue was my fubar. The unreachable server was in a different subnet, Layer 3 reacheable but not Layer 2. 
    I think all the kinks are worked out, but I will recommend that you not allow the TV to do fast boot. The OS is kind of like windows in the essence that it needs a full reboot for things to continue working properly. 
    Feature Requests - 
    AVI playback. - Fortunately I have a Sony BDP connected to this set that has AVI playback, so not a deal breaker. 
    Metadata display when playing Music Files. Like Album Cover, Album Name, Artist, Title.  My Sony TV does it.
    Pandora Client persistent login, or at least a "history" feature. to save typing in the credentials everytime. 
    Create web portal for PC users to create cloud account. A PC's cpu is going to be better at dealing with the inquiries required to determin if a user name is available or if a email address is already in the system. 
    Allow cloud users to set how there display looks and what Apps are available. No sense wasting CPU loading unwanted crap.

    I've authorized my computer, but one of my movies that I saved on the cloud is only showing my iTunes extras and doesn't actually have a movie to play... what do I do?

    I am relieved to learn it is not just me — I have this exact problem and I too had pre-ordered Babel.
    I submitted a support ticket when this issue occurred and while the person I've been dealing with via email is responsive, the issue continues.
    I have an iPad 3 and an iPhone 4S, both upgraded to iOS 6 prior to the release of the album. The album does not appear in my list of purchases when visiting the iTunes store with either device. I synch via WIFI, I have never used the iTunes on my computer + cable sync.
    The support rep "reset" something and I was able to download the album on one computer but not the other. Once I downloaded, it did not appear in my list of purchases on that device. This is really annoying as I cannot get the complete album on all my devices. The iTunes Store "Purchases" feature is buggy, sometimes it works, sometimes not, and sometimes with incorrect results. That's the case on my computers and my iOS 6 devices..

  • 39l4300u tv cloud issues

    Got the 39L4300U Toshiba Cloud TV last week, did all the set up, had no issues with cloud set up and was able to enjoy Hulu on it for 5 days.  We turn it on and hit the home button, and it has an update.  Once finished with the update, it never comes up.  We keep trying to do home button and no luck.  I called support and he tells me to reset the tv.  I reset the tv, do all the settings, and then go to try the Cloud by hitting the home button on remote again.  This time it does an update, says it'll automaticly bring it up when finished.  I wait for it to finish updating, and it never comes up (even after waiting a good hour).  When I hit home/cloud button, it brings the setting up menu up.  I hit the next, do the two agree TOS pages, and get to the one where you put in device name, choose an icon, and wallpaper.  I can put in a device name, but when I try to choose an icon or wallpaper, it won't bring up any menus.  When I click next, in the upper left corner I see "Loading, please wait" for a moment, and it disappears.  It doesn't bring up the next bit of the set up menu, and instead stays stuck on this menu.  If I hit next, the same "loading please wait', and no new menu when it disappears.  I'm really getting frustrated. Any help?  

    There may be a problem with the TV. I'd recommend calling support back to let them know what happened.
