Up til about 3 weeks ago songs from my Library would auto sync to my iphone 4, now music I add to my library will not sync to my phone. I have tried this manually with no luck and even tried deleting Quicktime as suggested by another site but no luck. Please help?

I checked the songs, they work. The computer was authorized.
Here is another interesting thing, I went to my old computer, and everything syncs (but the library on that comp is old).
I just don't understand why the music won't transfer (because all the other info transfers just fine)
In the phone menu I have everything checked off properly such as (sync all music and playlists).
Hmm. Any other suggestions?

What can i do?The standard procedure with these types of isues is a PRAM reset.
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.

I have a similar issue, in that I mean, I have configured yahoo and gmail. The sync - receive and send is erratic. I also have an ipad and iphone5. I get messages faster on those devices than here. Sometimes connection to yahoo errors out. Tech support say that this works well only if the yahoo account is a "paid" one. Whew !! I have used the connection doctor , shown on the link above, but it only gets you to a certain point. -
Half of my Firefox addons disappeared about a week ago for no reason. HELP?
I've cultivated a good number of addons while using Firefox. About a week ago, I noticed that youtube videos weren't automatically going to HD (which is an addon I have set up). I looked into it and when I went to my addons panel, most of them were gone, including my adblock. What's odd to me is that some ARE there. If all of my addons were gone, it would make sense that there's a problem there, but the fact that some have mysteriously vanished? I have no idea what to do.
I reinstalled the ones I remember I had, but I know I had quite a bit more that I'm still missing. I'm very upset because, as I said, I've cultivated these addons over a long time and I've found a very comfortable experience with all of them.

My macbook crashed about two weeks ago and I had icloud already set up. How do I go about retrieving the music and images? Please, help me. I had over 10gb of music on that computer and the only place it was backup was icloud. Thanks.
I hate to say this, but unless you are paying the 25 bucks you cannot back up your library to the cloud.
All you can do is back up the items you "purchased" from Apple.

This is my Story...
About a week ago i was seddling into bed. I plugged my phone into my dock as usual, heard the vibrate telling that it was hooked up and charging properly. I went to bed, then woke up and went to grab my phone. I noticed it was only 94% the top right corner in the battery it didnt show the lightning bolt, which means its still charging. I never really thought anything of it at the time. by like 1:00 i looked at my phone, and it was already 50% I decided to plug my phone back into the charger. IT WOULDNT CONNECT!! i started to cry... what was i gunna do? that all my money spent on it! I tried my USB for my labtop, ive tried 2 different docks, and i also took it into Sasktel and they plugged it in to. After the day went by, my phone completly lost battery and... turned off!! thats when i started going into Sasktel etc. i was FREAKING out!!! (still am!)
All my phone will still do is when i press the power button it a picture of the red dead battery shows up, as well as a electricty cord sign, with an arrow to a lightning bolt. i know that means that it needs to be charged. Im so confused it still frashes and shows stuff on my phone.. so it cant be dead .. right? When i went to Sasktel, i got the worker to look at it. He shone a light in the bottom charging spot. he told me after like 5 minutes of looking in there that he can just barely see a super light pink olour on the "white" sticker. He told me it changes to red when it hits water, and moisture. but.... i nver got it wet. i just woke up with it like this. so, i sunno how that changed colour. im gunna call apple again tommorow and see what they say. i really hop someone can help me, i dont wanna loose all my pictures and contacts. i have some valueably stuff. 1,500 picture!!! :O sooo please! any idea is help, and i hope at least someone will try
So far, ive tried the trick where u hold the home and power button for 30 seconds. It showed the dead battery lightning bolt sign. And tried many different plugs. People say, that because its a little pink, its toast. i dont beleive that, cause, it worked alll day tell it finally died! no probablems at all. so i just need to get it backon again. ill tell you what apple says when i call. HELP

I am getting a "connection timeout" message when trying to access my Airport Extreme with various laptops, Play Station 3 and Wii. My Airport Extreme is about a month old; it was working fine until about a week ago. Suddenly, the "timeout" is not allowing me to connect to my wireless network.
It could be that there's a new source of interference.

This is my very first iphone.. ive had it since Febuary of this year (2013) Wi fi has worked perfectly up until about a week ago, around the 4th of July.
SO basically whats going on is i dont have internet at my house, but my mother in law does, so she bought a range extender and we have it plugged into our wall. We literally live 50 feet apart, and it has always worked fine no problems full wi fi bars at all times. So last week down here where i live in TN it rained and rained for like ^ days straight and the internet was a little spotty. So, my sister in law fixed the internet and rebooted it or whatever at her house and my laptop works fine, full bars, but my iphone goes between have one wi fi bar to being completely gone back to 4G. I have tried to just restarting the phone, no help, tried unplugging my range extender and back in, no help, tried restarting the network settings, and then "forgetting this network" and added it back and anytime i walk through my house the wi fi gets lower and lower until its dropped completely, when it didnt use to do that. I dont know what to do!! its stressing me out!!! And lastmonth i changed my data to 300MB when i use to have 3GB so i wouldnt have to worry about it but my bill was pretty expensive, so i changed it . Like i said, this is my very first iphone and apple product so i really dont know much about how to fix things... thanks guys for your time im sorry this is such a long questionBasic troubleshooting steps outline in the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Try each of these in order until the problem is resolved. If you've been through all these steps and the trouble persists, you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation. Be sure to make an appointment first at the Genius Bar so you won't have a long wait.

I can't sync my iPhone 5 in iTunes. This just started about 3 weeks ago???
I bought my iPhone 5 on 11-7-12, 12:25:25 p.m., from the AT&T store in Norman, OK. Everything has been fine, up until about three weeks ago, around the time that the 6.0.2 iOS update was sent out. I don't *know* that that is what is causing the problem. But when I connect my iPhone to my computer, on *ANY* of the USB ports, it isn't recognized in iTunes. The iPhone "chirps" and the battery will charge, while connected to the laptop, but the iPhone doesn't show up in iTunes, and when I click on "Devices," -- "Sync," "Transfer Purchases," "Backup," and "Restore from Backup -- are all "greyed out," and therefore, I can't click on them. My iOS has since been updated to iOS 6.1.

So therefore, no device registers in that category. I have re-downloaded itunes, but to no avail. All iTunes updates are current. This is very frustrating. Also, I have turned off WiFi in case that was the interference. No luck. Grrrrrrr...........My problelm is exactly like "themightyquinn39"'s problem. I have had my iphone since it came out last fall. This must be an update problem through Apple. They always seem to fix something that isn't broken.

It only prints 1 page then my Brother MFC-J4510DW Printer says "Please put another piece of paper in the feed slot"....the problem is the print setting is set to "manual mode" in Windows 7 rather than "general setting". If you try to change the setting to "general", it will not accept the change.Hi.
I did try using the printParams feature and it worked, but since I need to be able to print sets of non-consecutive pages, I end up having to bring up the print dialogue multiple times and have the user set watermarks each time.
I decided to just create a new pdf in a temp directory containing the selected pages and open this document in a new window. This works well and allows them to use the print button on the window to print, bringing up the print dialogue just once. However, since I need to open the document in a way that shows the print button, I am using OpenInWindowEx, with AV_DOC_VIEW, and the option PDUseBookmarks or PDUseThumbs, rather than PDUseNone. This displays a toolbar which also includes icons for creating a new pdf, deleting pages, etc. I do not really want to include these icons on the toolbar. Is there a way to remove unwanted icons from the toolbar, or make them invisible?

You can't install 9.2.1 or earlier on any Mac that is only Mac OS X bootable. In fact you need to use the restore disks which came with those Macs to install 9.2.2 on those Macs. 8.6 is only possible to install on Macs which came with 8.6 or earlier. The 9.1 disk may be useful for your 1999 PowerMac G4, but won't be of any use for a 2006 Powerbook G4.

After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

I have been online banking with TD Bank for years now and have never had a problem getting into the log in. About a week ago when I would click on the log in button, nothing would happen however I can get into every other link on that site. I contacted TD Bank and they said that my account was fine and I was not locked out and there were no security issues. I then called Time Warner and they checked my service and said nothing was wrong with my service and that it sounded like it was from my server since I was going through Firefox, I should call you guys and see if it is the problem.
Let all cookies expire when you close Firefox.

I've had my Mac and my Samsung for about 2 yeas now and I haven't had any problems with the two in regards to Bluetooth. As of about a week ago, I could no longer send files from my Mac to my Samsung. I don't know what has gone wrong, but the devices are still paired and I haven't changed any settings. I don't understand how it can just stop working
When I click the "send File to device" option, it doesn't freeze or give me any notice stating the devices are not connected, it just does nothing.I have the opposite problem. I cannot "browse device".
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini which was working fabulously through Kies and Bluetooth (on Lion) until I upgraded to Mavericks about 3 weeks ago.
Now, when I go to Bluetooth and "Browse Device", the following happens:
The Mac will eventually find the phone, say "connected" then it will say "the device does not have the necessary services". This is despite the fact that both are discoverable and have been previously paired.
Bizzarely though, I can send a file from my Mac to my phone through the "send file" command. That works fine....
Is there something I am doing wrong or is this problem just symptomatic of the ongoing Apple-Samsung spat?
And yes, I know that Kies is now no longer supported by Mavericks and vice versa (boo!), so I have had to use other rather cranky solutions (Android File Transfer) and a faffy google calendar sync to sort the rest of the compatability problems out. The Bluetooth issue is just odd though.
If this is just an Apple-Samsung software war problem, I really wish both would grow up. Many people no longer care who made what first, we just want stuff that works. If iPhone contracts were cheaper, I would get one, but I refuse to pay more than £15 p/m for a mobile phone, sorry Apple.
