HT1539 Copied Skyfall from the digital copy - plays but no video, no audio

Question

I'm running W7 and iTunes 11.0.1.12. iTunes says it downloaded the file at 2.3GB and it plays but I get a blank screen and no audio. All other movie files play just fine.

Hi Shippster,
Ok. in stages so that we can see where they might be adrift.
They should Add Buddies by using the + sign at the bottom of the Buddy List.
The choose Add Person
In the pop out Choose New Person
AND Then they need to choose the Account type first.
(It is possible to Add AIM name as @mac ones and vice versa. AIM servers where the Buddy list is held can not tell if it is a valid name or not. It will presume the Buddy is Off line if type and spelling are wrong)
Also in iChat > Preferences > Accounts
In here they should select their screen name on the left (Click once)
On the right they should select the Security tab.
This should be set to Allow All whilst testing (later when names are spelt right or the right type they can Allow Buddies only)

So, so far we have the fact they should check the View Menu to Show Video and Audio Status items to see other peoples camera a Audio icons.
They need to change their camera if they are the end with the Canon.
They need to check their Buddy list to make sure they added their Buddies as the right account type and spelt those Buddies Screen Names correctly.
