HT1539 Digital copy code on the DVD Knight and Day saying 'not valid', please help.
I bought the DVD Knight and Day and i have tried to download the digital copy of the film, however when i go to add my serial number for itunes which was on the slip in the dvd box, it says ' this code is not valid', i have entered the code many times and correctly, please help.
From what I can tell, the digital copy offer for Alvin & the Chipmunks expired back in March; at least it did for the Blu-Ray version in the US. This is a scam being run by the movie studios; they advertise digital copies on the Blu-Ray and DVD disks they sell, but don't tell you up front that they're redeemable only for a limited time after the movie is first released. You may need to contact customer support for 20th Century Fox and get them to help:

1) Is it a video clip? Something you recognize? To be clear, it's displaying at a point in your exported movie but doesn't appear at all in the sequence?
2) What are your sequence settings? Right-click your sequence and choose "Item Properties" to verify. -

CS3 is unsupported under Windows 8. That said, you'll need to contact Adobe
directly for serial number issues. -

You mean an image such as a scanned document?
If that is the case, the file doesn't contain any text for Reader Out Loud to read. In order to fix that, you would need an application such as Adobe Acrobat that does Optical Character Recognition to convert the images to actual text.
You can also try to export the file as a Word document or something else using ExportPDF which I believe offers OCR and is cheaper than Acrobat. -
I purchased a film on iTunes and sync to Apple TV (1) and the film will not play say not authorised please help?
This problem seems to have started around October 28, it appears to affect content purchased only on other devices but played on the Apple TV 1.
There have been other workarounds suggested from time to time, but I have found the simplest solution is to purchase something on the Apple TV 1 directly (There may be free content in some locations and this appears to work just as well).
Once the content has been purchased, it will not only play as normal, but will also allow all other content purchased on other devices after October 28 to play as well.
Some have reported that it's necessary to restart the Apple TV before and/or after purchase, but I found it worked without. -

Hi, I am trying to insert cd/ dvd but it does not detect any cd or dvd i found this issue today. It never showed this issue in the past. The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.
