HT1539 I enter my special code that the website gives me but its says that code has already been used. What do I do?
I bought Prometheus and I followed all the instructions entered the code given then they gave me another code to enter into iTunes so thats what I entered and it says that code can only be used once but the thing is thats the first time I have ever used it.
I've almost the same problem. I bought the Prometheus DVD and the digitalcopy activation code is not recognized by itunes. In the same time, the website cinema-vip.fr to get my digitalcopy, itunes format is not shown, so how can I solve this issue and get the movie on my iPad for the WE.

I went to icoke.ca and entered my pin to get a free song, but when I went to itunes to redeem it, its says that my code has already been used. Help!
It wont even accept my icoke pins! when I enter them (and there are two on the inside of the cap) it says its an invalid pin.. Other places online says this offer expired March 31, but on the bottle cap it says 12/31/2011 so I dont understand,. Why do you offer a free itune when one cant access it?

Cannot download purchase - enter code has already been used
I purchased a six book set of audiobooks which I cannot download. When I proceed to the link emailed to me by Apple, the enter code page has my code entered in the box with a red message beneath that says, "Code has already been used once." I can proceed no further. Nothing has been downloaded and I have written iTunes support three times. Eleven days have passed since I made my purchase and I have received no confirmation of the resolution of this problem from iTunes. The books appear in my Apple account order history but do not appear in my iTunes account purchase history. HELP! I am so frustrated! I feel like I have thrown $300 out the window.
Just to confirm, what "iTunes Support" are you referring to? Did you use the form at the bottom of this web page (or one like it elsewhere on the iTMS Customer Support pages)?

If you are having issues redeeming your gift card, the following article will help:
iTunes Store: Invalid, inactive, or illegible codes
If you're still unable to redeem your code after verifying the characters in the code, you'll need to contact iTunes Store Support for help. You'll need to provide a digital image of the front and back of the gift card as well as the sales receipt for the purchase of the gift card.
Contacting iTunes Store Support
Go to the iTunes support page and select your iTunes country.
From the iTunes support page, choose Contact Support on the lower-left side of the page.
Follow the instructions to get iTunes Store support assistance.

If the store that you bought it from is nearby then you could try going back to it and ask them to activate it properly. Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'

If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

I phone 4s is not charging, its showing that the power is connected, but still not charging
Hi Sharky,
First, I would make sure you are charging using the wall adapter and cable that came with your phone. Plug into wall outlet.
If it was completely drained it can take about 20 minutes for it to fully get enough power back to even start up.
After about 20 minutes of charging in the wall outlet try turning it on like normal.
If it doesn't respond by just pushing the power button, try pushing and holding the power and home buttons together for about 15 seconds to see if it will startup.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

i have done a number of books successfully in aperture 3.
I have done a book using instagram photoes.
I have previewed the book in PDF and there are no errors.
I sent the book off, with a confirmation fro apple that the book was sent.
Then i get an email saying:

Does the file size of the book matter?
Does color format matter e.g. RGB etcThings that may prevent printing:
Default text or default images, for example missing background photos or captions
Non-standard fonts - did you use any non-Apple fonts or font sizes?
Low resolution - did any yellow low-resolution warning triangles show? In that case move the image in question to smaller photo boxes or replace them by versions with a higher resolution.
Corrupted image files or non-standard image file formats.
If the preview is o.k. without any warning, try again. Maybe it was just a transmission error.
