If it's a film purchased from Apple then see if you are able to re-download it : re-downloading. If it re-downloads the same film, or you aren't in a country where films can be re-downloaded, or it's a digital copy from a DVD or Blu-Ray then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

No, it will be a one use only code. Copy the file onto a memory stick and import it into your library at home later.

Try tapping on the page that you are on, or tap and hold down - experiment and move around on the page if you need to. If the machine was upgraded to Lion 10.7.x by the original owner then you bought an illegal license of Lion and also of any other applications that the seller said came pre-installed, this assumes the seller did not include original install media. In that case you need to contact the seller for the original install DVDs that came with the machine re-install up to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and then purchase Mountain Lion ($20) and the applications you want or need. If the seller cannot come up with the original install discs then you can buy them from a nominal cost from AppleCare..

If the movie was purchased on the AppleTV it wont show up in home sharing until that movie has been downloaded to an iTunes library. You can download previous purchases from the iTunse Store at any time. The article below goes over that process.

You may also want to take a look at enabling automatic downloads on your computer so that anytime you purchase content, it gets downloaded to iTunes.

Because it was valuable software it was never downloadable; also it was a special "OEM" version that could I think only be installed from that CD.
Acrobat 7 doesn't work properly on Windows 7 and later anyway.

actually, unless you take an extra step, the first opened swf will close. if you want the 2nd to close, the initial receiving lc will send a message to sender that causes the sender to close.

Our digital copy of frozen worked for 3 full times but has now stopped. The last time we used it we had to "rewind" the movie and it hasn't worked since. However I loaded from itunes onto my iPad and it works fine. Any idea's how to fix this problem?

I think the best option would be to completely uninstall all components of iTunes in the order specified of the article below. Once this is done attempt to install iTunes again.
