First, you're not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will respond are fellow users and there's nothing we can do directly with this problem.
But I can tell you that if you redeemed the card through the wrong iTunes Store ID, then sorry, but there's no way to transfer credit from one account to another. You'll have to use the iTunes Store ID under which you redeemed the card to make your purchases. You would not have been able to redeem the card through another account unless you had the password to that account, though, so you may not have actually successfully redeemed the card. Have you tried to redeem it through your "real" iTunes Store account?

For some reason, your Mac doesn't recognise that a keyboard is present, so it looks for a wireless keyboard. The question is, why doesn't your Mac recognise that a keyboard is attached?
First, you need to make sure you remove all peripherals, especially USB peripherals (the keyboard is on the USB bus). Then restart holding down the Shift key. This should boot in Safe mode. If the computer boots normally (not in safe mode) and the keyboard is still not working, try resetting the SMC

It sounds like you purchased an iPhone from an independant party online and you are running into the Activation lock asking for the original owners Apple ID password. The original owner will have to first reset their account password:

Then they will need to remove the device from their account with this article:

If the previous owner is not present
Make sure the device is powered on and connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Then contact the previous owner and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:
Sign in to their iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to their account, then select the device to be removed.
Click the Erase button to erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, don't enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device is erased and removed from the account, you can proceed with the device setup process.

Please do not panic, the redemption has been activated & redeemed under the Email ID present here. The server tool shows that it has not been activated. Please down load, install the CC from the below mentioned link & activate it using this Email ID in forums. You can activate it twice.

i entered the wrong E-mail address when it asked me for my Apple ID, now my card is useless and i dont have the £15 credit i paid for, i was wondering, if i gave you the code, would you be able to trace what address i typed in (Which will be similar to the one i have now) and would you be able to transfter the £15 credit onto my account?
