When I use airplay to watch hbo go through Apple TV it starts running. However for no apparent reason it will suddenly stop and the error message that I need hdcp something comes on and then I cannot continue watching it. It is so random happening after 40 min of viewing or 15 min or sometimes not letting it start at all. Support topics are no help. Any ideas?

I can't get voiceover to play back on iMovie. It seems to be recording just fine, but when I click to play back, no sound. I'm using the internal mic. Anybody have any idea what's going on?

I got a replacement Iphone5 from Apple. I went home and tried to synced it with ITunes but said to register as a new device to do update then I can restore old back up, now can't back up old phone info and can't activate my Apple ID for iMessage
Can you clarify your problem? Are you having trouble restoring your new iPhone from a previous phone's backup? Or are you having trouble logging into iMessage?

When I'm browsing on Safari, it all of a sudden cuts off and the screen turns blue. It turns blue for about 5 seconds and then returns to the desktop screen. Any idea what's going on?

When I use Preview,Photo Mechanic and Pages, all JPEG or RAW images appear corrupted.
I thought my hard drive was failing and replaced it and migrated everything over but the problem still exists.
It felt as if maybe a virus was at work but I ran Sophos and found nothing.
I store images on my Drobo Raid system but when I work from my Macbook Pro I have no issues, just on the tower.
Any idea what is going on?First of all, why did you say yes to Nero Back up before researching what it does with files already on the HDD? When I install Nero, the Back Up is the first thing I disable, it is a nagging pain, there are much better backup programs available. There are several file recovery programs out there to recover deleted files, that is, if that is what happened. Also, if you haven't overwritten the files, so you should be able to find them.

For iMovie to see your projects, they must be in a certain place. If they are on your startup internal hard drive, they must be in the Movies/iMovie Projects/ folder. If they are on an external drive, they must be in the iMovie Projects/ folder at the top level of the drive. Is it possible that your projects have been moves somewhere else?

I have an ibooks file that when I make a change to a page in one chapter it adds additional pages at the end of the chapter from another chapter. Any ideas what is going on and how I can fix this?
Text pages? from what you say you are getting the auto flow function to add pages either because you have flowing text or because you have a lot of blank lines as you would if you tap return to move blank space around.

I've installed Toast and photoshop elements recently, i also updated my apps the other day.
I have had this problem before the updates of the apps though -
Trying to install flash player on a Mac. I keep getting an error message that I need to turn close Safari to continue. I don't have Safari open. How do I get past this impediment?

I'm as a loss. I don't understand why today's folder "2014-06-06" won't let me add "_Kim" to the end. I do it will all my folders since I download from a couple of cameras.

Hi Deeveeay,
Try resetting the device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). When the Home screen redisplays, see if the issue has resolved itself.
