I can think of a couple of reasons for this behavior.
You inadvertently turned off the sharing for the files.
The link that the user is clicking on is incomplete; perhaps it got broken across lines in an email message. Are you sending Anonymous Links or Personalized Invitations? If the former, are you certain that you copied the entire link?
Some things to try.
Have the user send the link back to you so that you can test it. Does it work for you?
If you look at your Sent Files list, is the name in the Sent To column struck through (e.g., John Smith)? That would indicate that it has been unshared.
If you could get back to me with answers, perhaps we can get to the bottom of this.

may i have some more information about the product you have? check if there is some external device connected, and check for HDD self test in BIOS. if test passes without any error and there is no external device or disc on ODD. you may need to re-install OS.

Can not play itunes off of computer - Says can not be found

I have the iTunes library loaded on my laptop and when I try to play songs it states can not be used because original file can not be found; would you like to find it? When I hit yes; there is nothing there.
Why would this be? Is this synch to my work work file?
Please help!

Also of note, I can find these songs in iTunes doing so 1 at a time but I'm hoping there is a way to get iTunes to rebuild the library as a whole.

I upgraded to Iphone 5 and have never been able to play music - it skips0 and then an error message comes up saying requested URL not found on this server

Video's are missing and can not post any video's and can no longer see on Facebook after upgrading mac software. Facebook says content is unavailable. Is this a facebook issue or is there something that I can do to fix on my mac.

Video's are missing from facebook album under photo's. It shows that I have 99 and only shows 24. These are not copyright problems. I have had them up for years. Now, I can not post any video's too. Message says that content is currently unavailable. It seemed to happen after I upgraded to 10.7.5 but it could be coincidental. Of course, I have not got any email from facebook to help with this problem and I am really frustrated that I can not find my video's and post any new ones anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to add that Comcast is my internet provider. Perhaps that is part of the issue although the Connection Doctor confirms the mail box is connecting to the internet. No other function processes when Connection Doctor program is used to find the source of the issue. I have read forum posts but am unable to find a way to get my Apple mail to be delivered to my computer. It worked fine up until I chose to transfer mail to the Cloud. My mail account is a .mac account.
Still hoping someone out there can help me.

Since u/g to Mavericks my computer has gone so slow. Is this a memory issue?

I upgraded to Mavericks and since then my iMac has been so slow. Takes ages to send emails, delete trash. I am at my limit on memory but it was absolutely fine before the upgrade.

Follow directions for "a battery you should not remove yourself"
Usually this message means the battery is dead, if no change after the SMC reset take to an Apple Store Genius bar (make an appointment) and have it replaced. (it is 4 years old)

Installed new HD, now says no bootable disk found?

My hard drive failed on my HP G62 notebook PC, Model #G62-234DX. I went to Best Buy and bought a new HD today. I opened the old one, removed, removed bracket, installed bracket on new one and then plugged new on in. Upon start up the computer says:
"No bootable device found-----please insert disk and press any key"
So I inserted my reboot disk (Also from Best Buy, where I purchased the computer) and pressed any key. The same message keeps popping up. What am I doing wrong?

Try the following.
Shutdown the notebook. Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu. Insert the 1st Recovery Disc. Select Boot Options ( usually f9 ), then use the arrow keys to highlight the CD/DVD drive and hit enter - if prompted, press any key to continue.
Does the notebook boot from the disc now?

No Built-In Audio Device Found

My Powerbook G4 does not play any audio from any source through the internal system. In the System Preferences/Sound window, the input and output windows both say "No Audio Device Found"
I've deleted preference file "com.apple.audio.DeviceSettings.plist" and reset PRAM with no success

I am assuming that you did not get the set of original CD's that came with the iBook? You can take the serial number and call Apple, and you should be able to buy a replacement set for a fee. Then you can do an erase and install and set all new passwords. A clean install of the OS might even fix the problems you are having. And with a replacement set of the original discs, you can also reinstall all of the other software that originally came bundled on the iBook.
I don't know what the fee is for replacement discs is, but I understand it is nominal. But you do need these discs for troubleshooting so a replacement set would be the way to go.

Thanks for the response. After all that time I started losing hope.
I would not say that the abvious solution is to remove the tag. I think it should not be put there in the first place if there's no code at all. Moreover, this only happens when exporting a MC from the Library, and it works just fine when exporting normally (publish). It seems more like a bug than an expected behaviour.
Also, AIR should check for actual code in this tag instead of relying only on the tag itself.
Your solution is a nice workaround, and I will certainly try that out. But as I said, it will not fix the original bug, it will only patch it later on in the process.
