I rented the movie "The big wedding" it didn't have room to fully download and when I went to watch it I got the error message about it not being fully Downloaded . But then it started the countdown. So the movie expired before I could watch it
Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when downloading them ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

I gave my girlfriend an iPhone for christmas last year and told her it was safe to shop on the app store. I have been paying for that mistake ever since.
She quickly got interested in a fremium game called Dragon Vale and bought a huge pile of whatever dragon currency it had. She never recieved it.
I can't find a way to fix it. I tried going the the app store and report a problem on the game itself ... the report a problem on the currency pack ... Then I used the report a problem link provided in the purchase confirmation email.

Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account. -
My wife got me an iTunes card today and as soon as I redeemed it a music album that I did not order downloaded and deducted the cost from my iTunes card. I did this happen and how can I get my money back? I do not listen to the type of music that was downloaded and feel like I was robbed in a way cause the only way things are suppose to download is if I click on them and enter my password. This is a multi million dollar law suit waiting to happen, any one out there with the time and money to take this giant fraudster on will make a difference.- These fraudsters are pretty cleaver a couple of pounds from hundreds and thousands of people accross the world will make anyone a multi millionaire if not billionaire. They still make you go through hoops to get your money back- sending you an email, then you have to apply for your refund quoting the refence number they give you and it can take up to 7 days and maybe 48 hours to get the email from them, basically they hope you dont bother feeling happy that they agreed to refund you.
