HT1657 I downloaded a movie on my I-Pad but don't have the cables to hook it up to our big screen TV. I do, however, on my Mac Book Pro laptop.... How do I get the movie on to my laptop. It does not appear anywhere in I-Tunes.
I rented a movie through ITunes on my I-pad. I'd now like to play it on my big screen TV. I do not have the cables to connect the I-pad to the TV, but I do have the cables to connect my MacBook Pro laptop to the TV. How do I get the movie from the I-pad to the laptop. It does not come up anywhere on the Itunes application on my laptop.

If you are syncing using iCloud, try going to System Preferences/iCloud (computers) and checking Safari. If it is checked, try deselecting it, wait 10-15 seconds, and then check it again.

ThanksConnect your iPod to your computer and a dialogue box should come up asking if you want to transfer your purchases. If a box doesn't come up, click the iPod in the iTunes sidebar and there should be a button somewhere on the summary page to transfer purchases.
If you're in the US, you can also redownload your music buy logging into the iTunes store in iTunes, and clicking "purchased" on the right hand side of the store. -

Entourage is a third party app so stop down to the Microsoft support forums. In any case I would suspect in its preferences there would be a selection as to when (parameters) incoming mail should be deleted from the server.

Mac Book Pro just got it, all was well for 2 weeks now Finder window does not fill whole screen, there is an 1 1/2" space of black on the right side and the Finder window had a 1" section that flipped like a rolling tv now it is a white bar! Help!

I am currently running parallel on my mac book pro every time I put in a cd the windows side takes over. I want it to come up in the mac side. Can you tell me how to change the settings to accomplish that. Everything else like thumb drives etc. the computer will ask what side I want to use.

When I upgraded to OS X 10.9.1 Everything got synced in very well. But a few days later when automatic apdates were completed, all my saved notes were erased(very important personal information and passwords). I couldn't restore them back. I can you (Apple Inc) help me with this problem that you've cuased???? I love your products but I hate it when you loose my information. VERY UNHAPPY.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You first need to sign into the account in iTunes on your laptop, then you need to transfer the content from your moms laptop and import it into iTunes on yours. You can do this in a number of ways, either over a network, with an external drive, or even a USB stick.
If you go to iTunes preferences > advanced on your moms laptop, it will tell you where the original files can be found. -
I purchased the Logitech F310 game controller for my 2011 MacBook Pro. How do I get the driver installed for it. The Disk that came with the controller is a mini disk and will not insert into my laptop.
May not make a difference anyway. The Logitech support site does not show drivers for Mac OS for the F310:

I'd contact their support to find out if there is a Mac driver available, and if they can either give you a web link to get it, e-mail you the software, or snail-mail you a standard-size disk with the drivers. -
I just got a new macbook pro. How do I get the 900+ songs that I took off of cds into iTunes on my computer from my iPhone. I had no problems syncing the music I had purchased from iTunes. I have tried to sync it using iTunes match, this did not work. I would like to have access to my full library without going into the user profile of my old computer, which is on my new computers hard drive. I would like to eventually delete the old profile so that I have more space on my hard drive.

You must go in the labview option menu, you can select 'use the local
separator' in the front side submenu (LV6i).
If you use the "From Exponential/Fract/Eng" vi, you are able to select this
opton (with a boolean) without changing the labview parameters.
