Is this on your computer or on iPad/iPhone ? If you are on an iPad or iPhone then it should have downloaded into the Videos app - iTunes on those devices is just the iTunes store, and if you just see the Ts & Cs link on the Downloads tab then that means that there are no outstanding downloads waiting.

I have Windows 7 64 Bit. Firefox 4.o loaded and ran fine for 3 days and now I can't get it to open
The reason I loaded 4.0 is because the same thing happened to 3.6. I'm not sure if something in my computer (Firewall, Anti-virus, malware, etc.) may be stopping it or if it's just Windows proprietary nature gumming up the works. I ran the compatibility program a few times and got it to work, but now even that does no good. I have experienced the same thing with other programs thsat used to work perfectly so while the problem may not be yours I am asking for your help because I can get no assistance from any other venue. Microsoft support, to me, is cryptic at best and no help. When it's working, I love the way Firefox functions and I hate to be forced to use Explorer just because Windows will let nothing else function! Your help would be appreciated!
RobertWebsites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie that you must allow: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Exceptions"
Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the 'Cookies' and the 'Site Preferences'.

Rented a movie and it stopped in the middle of the movie and now we can not get it back on without renting again. What do we do to get our movie back?
Have you tried going to settings - iTunes store - check for rentals? If it does not initially appear try logging out and back into your account.

I Was charging my iPad mini during the day when I came home and the iPad was hot and turned off. I left it for 12 hours and still can not turn my iPad on!!
try this hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the device to boot back up.

It could have powered off. Try holding the sleep button down for a few seconds until the apple logo appears to restart it

Yup, your question and Diane's answer helped me also. Tho' I had had problems before getting into the iTunes store I always managed to find a way. Today they had me blocked cold with the "Update to 10" advert no matter what I did. Other questioners are being told, incorrectly as it turns out, that they have to update their OS to accomodate iTunes 10 and upgrade to iTunes 10. I did the download which did not take up much more room on my crowded old hard drive and now I'm back in business.

My account is blocked out. I registered my account for Russia because there was no that option for Ukraine. And now I can't do any purchasing, because apple store want's another payment option. I've been using LR with my Nikon D3200 for a year or so. Shooting in RAW/NEF no issues with import etc until I updated LR and now I can't get LR to allow me to select when I try to import. It does show the images but they're grayed out and not able to be selected. Any thoughts? TIA
Greyed imaged in the Import dialog box mean you have already imported the photos into Lightroom, so there is no need and no benefit to importing them a second time.
Just go to the Library module, search for the desired photos, and resume working on these photos. -
Hi, I've been using the 3D function in PS, upgraded to CC2104 and it was disabled (need more VRAM). I then reinstalled CS6 and was able to use it for a day and now, today, I am getting the same message I got with PS CC2014 saying my VRAM is too low again. I'm in the middle of a project that needs to go live tomorrow. HELP!!! Please.
Photoshop requires 512 Meg of VRAM or more to use the 3D features - that's been the same for version 14 (CC) and now 15 (CC 2014). Check Help->System Info to see how much your card says it has.
