I rented a movie through itunes on my mac and it deducted the money from my account, itunes said it was downloading but when the time was up it didn't come through. Someone please help!!!!

If it shows as 'downloaded' in the Purchased tabs in the iBooks app then it should show on the bookshelf in the app. If you select the My Books tab in the app (bottom left) and then tap the 'collection' name at the top middle of the bookshelf and select the 'All' collection does it then show on the bookshelf ?

So having waited the 25 mins movie starts and runs for maybe 1 hour and the pauses for maybe 5 mins while it seems to load again . any help appreciated

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If you use the Apple TV for something else or turn it off it will erase whatever is on it's drive. If you are going to download content for later viewing you might consider doing it on the computer, downloads don't disappear until they expire and you can watch them as many times as you want.

Downlosded and paid for product but cant use anything?

So I recently downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud and a few of its applications. I've entered my payment information to be able to use the product monthly etc. but I can't find/use the photoshop tool beyond looking at the tutorials? Anyone know whats going on or how to edit pictures? Otherwise I'm just wasting my money.

If you've downloaded it on your iPad then it should be in the Music app - when there are audiobooks on it you should get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app.
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File >Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11) so that you can take a backup copy - it should copy over to the Books part of your computer's iTunes library

HT201272 Help. I downloaded an episode of a TV Show, but only 30 seconds of it downloaded, and now it won't let me download it. It thinks I've already downloaded the whole show. I paid for it, but I can't view it. It doesn't offer option to redownload

I downloaded an episode of a TV show (and paid for it), but the download froze and only 30 seconds of it downloaded. I can't figure out how to download the rest of it. itunes shows it as already downloaded, and doesn't give an option for re-downloading it. I have gone to the page where you finish any incomplete downloads, and this one did not show up on it. I tried deleting the episode (or 30 seconds of the episode from my computer), hoping that I could redownload it, but it still shows up as downloaded & doesn't give me an option to download it. I paid for it, but I can't watch it. How do I contact a real person or do a live chat or something so I can get this fixed?
(I'm on an iMac)
