I tried downloading a movie, at the very end it said there was a problem. No explanation, now it's not in my itunes library and when I try to download again it tells me I have already rented this movie do I want to rent again? I don't want to pay for it a second time, how do I receive a credit?

If it's not in the Movies part of your library, then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option download it ? If not then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    hello, last friday I noticed there was a sale on bejewled blitz coins so i tried to buy some on my iphone.     Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help.  Thanks Apple for such a crappy update!  I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone.  Sheesh!  If someone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.

    Is the replacement exactly the same as the original ie same memory size & same version? If so it may require updating the OS software before trying to restore your stuff from the backup.

    From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
    And check your Applications folder for the app.

    You need to delete the current copy of the broken track from your library before it will be offered up for download. It may help to close and reopen iTunes.
    If the problem persists and you can't get a good version of the file contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

    An intermittent problem with acrobat.com's underlying virus scan component causes this issue. This issue happens occasionally on a small number of server instances.
    The solution is to update the article again. Trying again typically routes you to a different host in the server array.

    If you want to wipe your iPad back to new in box, i.e., ready to be set up as a new device.
    1.  Turn off Find My iPhone.
    2.  Then go to settings > general > erase > erase all content and data
    You'll have to confirm you really want to do this, but once it's complete, the iPad will be back to way it was when you took it out of the box for the first time.
    And BTW., it wasn't necessary to post this question twice in two separate threads.

    I too am having problems with the download speed and errors after it's downloaded. We have a T-1 line - which is fairly fast - not as fast as some - but come on---  I've download files bigger then this in a few hours - This file took 12 hours plus to download - what seems to be the problem? I have downloaded it twice and both time it comes up with corruption errors. I've considered buying the thumb drive version - just because I can't do this any more.
    I want to know how do you get a credit back for this junk! I'm been reading different reviews of Lion - and they're ----  NOT FAVORABLE! 
    Maybe I"ll JUST count my losses and FORGET THIS UPGRADE!    I LOVE MACS - but I'm not loving this!

    I recieved an error message during the purchase of an album, stating there was a problem with the apple store purchase. It led me to believe that the purchase did not go through, aas it never downloaded. A susequent purchase did go through and downloaded. How dod I retrieve the lost purchase?

    They might just be temporary holding charges which will disappear off your card within a few days or so.

    It was asked where I checked for the update.  I went to my App Store and checked updates.  It showed one update.  It showed the same OSX program that I downloaded originally.  I am so confused.  The downloading is SO SO slow.  So what is going on.

    Where did you see the Mountain Lion update? In App Store > Purchases or App Store > Updates? To update OS X, open App Store > Updates and it will show the updates available for your Mac
