    Check to make sure that in iTunes Preferences that Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases is check or check in the iTunes Store under Purchased to see if it rests there.  If you still cannot locate them, the report the issue to the iTunes Store.

    Hopefully you moved the entire iTunes Media (or iTunes Music) folder to a new path on your external drive. Copy your iTunes library folder out to the root of the external drive, e.g. X:\iTunes (where X: is your external drive), then move the media folder inside it. Hold down shift as you start iTUnes and keep holding untila asked to choose or create a library. Choose the library at X:\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl. Should all be good.
    Failing that, download and run my FindTracks script and point it at the new location of your media folder.

  • I tryied to download a movie on itunes and then i started to watch it and the download stopped. How can I get it to download again?

    I tryied to download a new movie to itunes and I started to watch the movie before the download was done and something went wrong with itunes and the movie stopped playing and I couldn't close the movie so I turned off the computer and then I turned it on again, but now I don't have the movie anymore.

    and now its down from 2 hours left to 46 min left, for some reason after 11pm the speeds change on itunes store and Apple tv for the past 3 days

  • I purchased 3 songs on itunes today, i watched them download, and i watched it take my money, but now i can't find them amoungst the "purchases". So basically it looks like itunes stole my money?

    why is itunes not recognizing that i just bought these songs? I watched them as they downloaded, but now there's no trace of them anywhere so i can't put them on my ipod.     nevermind guys, i figured out what to do. for anybody else with this issue, try going to "store" (in the top bar on itunes), then "view my account", and then it should tell you if you have any items availible for download. then you can download them there, and get the things you paid for. This was a really annoying issue though, because it made it look like itunes had stolen my money, and almost tricked me into wasting my money trying to re-purchase the songs. itunes should look in to this.

  • Where is the "On My Mac" section? Tried to make a new folder for junk as a sub-folder in Trash. Didn't realize the location was set for "On My Mac" and now I can't find it.

    Want a junk folder that I can see. Also, I did see this question elsewhere with no answer: when an email is brown & says it's junk, there is no option for saying it's not junk and to not mark email from that sender as junk again.

    If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this atwww.speedtest.net.
    1080p HD movies require a recommended speed of 8 Mbps, 720p HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.

    I was watching some movie in media player with full volume, suddenly it's sound start making different voice, the voice is diffent and it's very noisy, but with the headphone it's working fine, I checked the driver in device manager there's no error, tried to restart the laptop but problem is remain same.

    Quit Safari.
      Hold the shift key down and relaunch Safari.
    Reset Safari.
    Launch Safari
    Click Safari in the menu bar.
    From the drop down select "Reset Safari".
    Uncheck the box next to  " Remove saved names and passwords".
    Click "Reset".
    Empty Caches
    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
    Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
    Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
    Turn off Extensions if any, and launch Safari.
    Safari > Preferences > Extensions

    I am having almost the same problem, with the same OS, iTunes versions, and kids waiting to watch their favorite movie (Frozen).  I am (trying) to play the content on the computer, and hooked up to Vizio TV and external stereo.
    The video will display on the TV, but the audio will only play through the laptop. The movie will still play with both audio and video on the laptop.
    In researching this morning, it seems that i need to purchase a new TV and stereo that are HDCP "compliant" (NOT just compatible). Folks are also complaining that the same "won't play" issues directly on Mac hardware. 
    I could not find any current software workarounds or patches (Apple seems silent on this as a "problem").
    Upgrading hardware is insulting and (frankly) impossible.  Why should I get new hardware that works perfectly well? 
    I was going to get an Apple TV for Christmas, although not if new products cannot be used with my current hardware.   I would rather go back to all Microsoft hardware and software than constantly deal with troubleshooting Apple hardware and software.
    I'm going to uninstall iTunes v 12 and reinstall v 11 to see if that works.
    Please post if there is a solution!

    I was watching a movie and was kicked out?  The movie does not show under purchased.  I went to settings, itunes, check for rentals and nothing happened.  I have disconnected it to.  Where is my movie?????

    If the reset doesn't work:
    1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
    2. Connect USB cable to computer
    3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
    5. Release the Home button
    6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
    7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
    8. Use iTune to restore iPad
    Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost.

    Yes, thank you.  My apologies, I was typing one handed and did not add that. 
    Anyway, I have tried deleting the cache, deleting my pics and then re-syncing, etc. and nothing is working This is very frustrating, as I had no problems up until about 2 weeks ago, and now all of a sudden, I have this issue......UGH!

    Erin I am sorry you are facing difficulty downloading the Creative Cloud software.  It can be frustrating when you do not have access to high speed stable Internet.
    You can attempt to download the base installers and updates by following the directions listed at:

    You may want to attempt to utilize some form of download management as the main issue seems to be the stability of your connection.
