HT1657 Movie will not download

I purchased a movie and haven't been able to download it. I keep receiving an error message stating it is unable to download and please retry.

How large is the film ? It's size should be on its decription page in the store. The current 'top film' here in the UK is 5.12 gig in HD format.

Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!

Hi,
For all people struggling with connecting their iPad to their router, constantly getting 'Incorrect Password' even though you have entered the correct one - this may be your solution as it just resolved my issue.
In your router settings online (usually found at 198.168.1.1) change your security from WPA2 or WEP to WPA. For my iPad it for some reason only accepts WPA but now it is running without problems. Let me know if this helps.

HT1657 rented movie will not download to mac

rented a movie from itunes and it will not download to Mac. Keep getting an error message when I try to open it to watch on the MAc. Any help??

Purchased HD movie will not download to hard drive

I have a windows vista laptop and windows xp desktop, both have latest iTunes, have have my library on an external mybooklive hard disk, I consolidated the library to the external drive with the vista machine, and pointed the XP machine to the library, when purchasing music i can download from the Cloud to the drive, I have purchased a HD 1080 movie using Apple TV, the movie plays on the Apple TV but this is streaming from the cloud I have tried to download the movie using the XP & Vista machines from the cloud to my hard drive, but it will not download, I get a dialogue box that says,( "This cannot be played in HD on this computer" "if you buy the HD version, you will have to transfer an HD-compatible device in order to watch it. Or, you can buy the SD version and watch it on this computer" ),
I do not want to buy the SD version, I have already bought th HD version, I would like to store it on the external drive and stream to the Apple TV or my Ipad4, in the dialogue it says I can transfer to another device, only it will not download,
can anybody please help with this? as I beleive I should be able to store it on the drive ready to play to those devices,

Rented movie will not download

Just rented a movie at iTunes, But it will not download.
The download icon just disappers. I have an ipad with the newest update.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.

Quicktime Movie will not Download

Hi,
I have just bought an iphone 4s and i previously had 2 movies on my iphone 4 which i took off and saved them on an external drive.
I am trying to get the 2 movies into itunes so that i can download them onto my new phone but no matter what i try they will not show in itunes.
They will play in preview as quicktime movies and if i tick open with and select itunes they play in preview but will not appear in itunes itself.
I have the latest version of itunes and ios5.
The file extension is. IMG_0823.MOV
Any advice will be very welcome.

Start with reporting the issue to the iTunes Store for issues with your rental. You should be able to delete the download by going to the iTunes Store app and navigate to your download tab and wipe from right to left to bring up the delete icon.

If you are in the US, try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

I ordered 5 books and a rental movie with a gift card The movie will not download and I have not received my books. When or how long does this all take. I am a first time user!

Wow.......You plug the 30 pin connector to the botton of your iPad and the USB to the USB port on your computer.
But first, you can download the movie and books to your iTunes account without having your iPad connected. After you've downloaded the material, then you connect your iPad and sync it all over.
I'm sorry I have to sign off. I have to be up like 6 hours. I'll check in tomorrow and see if you made any progress.
If nothing else, this will get your iPad and your iTunes account speaking again. They should be regularly connected and your iPad routinely backed up.
One more thing. If it's been a while since you even opened iTunes on your PC, make sure you check for iTunes downloads and update iTunes with the latest version.

HT1657 Movies will not load in airplane mode, how do I get them to load off line

How do I load movies so they will play in airplane mode? I get a message that says could not load movies. In the past I have not had this problem.

AcroForms does not allow the expansion in the way that you want. That was an option with the expandable fields in Designer, but Designer is no longer packaged with Acrobat. You might check the options at forms central -- I am not sure of the options there.
Another thought is you might select to use adjustable text size so that all the text appears in the window. When you get the form/data and export the data, your database or other export tool should not care about the text size in the form.

Movies will not download

New AppleTV user.
Been having issues with downloading movies. Had some issues with an HD rental on my iMac which went unresolved (did get refunded). Got an AppleTV, rented an HD film which worked great, and bought an SD movie. These were both on the 25th or 26th. Now nothing gets past 0%, even on my iMac. Getting error -3253 occasionally. Emailing Apple was useless, and I phoned my ISP (Shaw Cable), and they ran a remote test and said my signal was great.
I even took it to my brother's place to test it out. He's on the same ISP and still no go. I might take it to a co-worker's tomorrow, as he's got a different ISP.
Is this an issue with the iTunes Store, or what?

Keith I had this issue several months ago. I'm not sure if it was related to network bandwidth issues, or not...but the good news is that I got a refund from Apple by going to the support,billing part of desktop iTunes and requesting my $ back....it took a few days, and I didn't get to watch the original "The Getaway" with Steve McQueen, but I did get my money back....In my case it would never download...independent of cellular or wif-fi usage or of my physical location...

HT1657 Movie will not Load

I tried downloading my first purchased movie to my apple tv. The first message that appeared was "an error occurred try again later" When it appeared that it finally started loading it just kept loading - forever. Finally went to bed, woke up this morning and it is still "loading". I rebooted my apple tv a couple of times and it is still the same. Any suggestions?

Your published verion (as per File > Publish Settings) should go to a sub-folder called /web, under the project folder structure. Unless you explicitly change the 'Target' folder that is where it will go.
One thing you may have done, and I suspect is the case, just go File > Save As and notice a new option to the bottom, left of the Save button, called 'Save in Folder'. This allows for multiple compositions to be saved separately instead of 'jumbling' all the items into a single location.

i bought crank 2 high voltage, it got to 948 mb out of 3.11 gigs and has now just stopped. and everytime i try to resume it, i get an error message saying " could not connect please check the status of your internet connection." obviously my internet is working fine. anyone know whats going on?

Load Itunes and go click on your ipod device and then look under the movies tab and see if you have it set to sync.
