Movie Rental
$4.99

It shoud be on the computer or device that you rented it on, if that was a computer then it should be in Movies part of your library on that computer (possibly under a 'rentals' tab on it), if on an iOS device then it will be in its Videos app. From the page that you posted from :
If you download a rented movie on your computer: You can transfer it to a device such as your Apple TV (1st generation), iPhone, iPad, or iPod if it’s a standard-definition film (movies in HD can only be watched on your computer, iPad, iPhone 4 or later, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV). Once you move the movie from your computer to a device, the movie will disappear from your computer's iTunes library. You can move the movie between devices as many times as you wish during the rental period, but the movie can only exist on one device at a time.
If you download a rented movie on your iPhone 4 or later, iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV: It is not transferable to any other device or computer.

You might want to try it again.  It started working for me about 10 minutes ago (~8pm CST).
This was happening for rentals and purchases.

  • HT1657 Rented a movie from ITunes, and it's saying I don't have enough storage

I just recently got an iPad (4th generation) and I've recently rented two movies off of iTunes, and they loaded and worked perfectly fine. Ever since then I haven't  downloaded any new apps, or made any changes to my iPad. Just tonight, I rented ONE movie, and it won't let me download it now cause I apparently don't have enough storage?? Like I said earlier, I rented TWO movies and was able to watch them, and haven't downloaded or made any chances to my iPad to make the usage of it change.

How much free space do you currently have on your iPad : Settings > General > About > Available ?
And how big is the film - it should be on it's description page in the store. Some films are over 5 gig.
And do the previous rentals show in Settings > General > Usage > Videos - if they do then try deleting them from there.

  • HT1657 Rented a movie that did not fully download in 24 hr period

I rented a movie on Apple TV. While watcing the movie, it would freeze and the screen said it was loading.  I was unable to watch the entire movie during the 24 hr period because it was loading until it expired. This never happened before. What can I do? Can I get Apple to download it again? Can I get a refund? I don't want to pay to rent the same movie and have this happen again.

    Go here:
    iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
    Regards.

  • HT1657 Rented a movie in english but plays is spanish and cant switch language setting. Need help

I rented a movie on apple tv and movie plays in spanish or english but with spanish voice over. How do i switch the setting to play in only english

All purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you so that you can rent the English version (assuming that there is an English version in your country's store; the one that you've rented doesn't have alternate soundtracks ?) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • HT1657 Rented a movie on my hp envy. Can't find it.

Rented a movie on iTunes to my hp envy PC. Where do I find it?

I assume you can find the movie on your iPad, just not on your computer's iTunes.  (It's in Videos on your iPad.)
Rented movies can only be on one device at a time.  Assuming you have it on your iPad and want to move it to iTunes, when synching, go to the "Rentals" row on iTunes and you should see a way to move it to your computer (and take it off your iPad).

  • HT1657 Rented a movie off a gift card and can't fine the movie on my mac mini?

Rented a movie using redemption card and cant fine the movie on my mac mini.  The money is deducted from my card and no movie

Take the sdhc card out of the camcorder, plug it into the side port of the iMac.
Open iMovie and import from the card. A small window should open up to let you import.

  • HT1657 rented a movie but would not load

Sorry to be a bother but I rented a movie and it did not load and now it;s expired.

Hi.  I've had apple tvs (3 of them) for a while.   I tried to rent a movie tonight and got the option to either view immediately, or save for later.  I chose the latter.  I went to the settings > check for downloads, and see that it is downloading now.  A few questions:  1) do I need to let it download completely to recall it later?  2) I've seen other post that says everything is erased when I turn the unit off when I go to bed, so am I going through a pointless endeavor that I'll just have to redo once I actually want to view the movie?  3) I didn't know that the apple TV has secondary storage.  Does it?
One last comment.  Implicit in Apple's policy of digital content is that the digital content needs to actually be accessible before the 'sale is final'.  Just sayin'.

  • HT1657 Rent a movie - watch later

Do I need an internet connection to watch rented movies in iTunes ? Is there a watch-later option.  Is it pre downloaded so that I can watch it in an air plane ?

I was NOT able to watch a movie I rented when offline (on a plane) with iTunes 11.
I get this error: "The network connection could not be established."
This worked with a previous version of iTunes.
You can verify this by disconnecting your internet connection (e.g. turning off WiFi) and then pressing play for a rented movie.
Pretty disappointing, and an alarming trend in how Apple keeps crippling their apps with "upgrades".

  • HT1657 Rented a movie from iTunes and it DISAPPEARED!

so i rented "we're the millers" about a week ago knowing i would have the allotted 30 days to watch it.  Now it is GONE and my iTunes says there are no available downloads.  Plus iTunes charged me for it so I know that the order went through.  Help?

It's not in the Movies part of your library, and you didn't start watching the film, even for just a second (after starting to watch them they expire in 24 hours if you are in the US, 48 hours elsewhere) ? If not then you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Why I can not watch my movie if I do not have problemes before watching movies

What Adobe Digital app on your iPad? If you are talking about a third-party app (like Bluefire Reader) you need to connect your iPad to your computer, open iTunes, select the iPad, and select Apps in the Sidebar. Scroll down to the File Sharing section, select the app you plan on using, select Add (bottom right), navigate to where the book is on your computer, select the book and sync your iPad.
