HT1657 Rented movie not working my ipad is saying "could not lode video"

So I have a iPad mini and I rented a film and it wouldn't download it was saying download error and not working, so I went on to the videos app and tried to stream the film that worked for about 5 minuets after that a message just pops up saying "could not lode video" and I only have about five hours left to watch it.
Pleases can some one help.

Was it more specific as to why it could not be watched?

Try image capture or a card reader - after the photos are safely on your Mac then use the camera's format command to reformat the memory card

I have had this problem with Windows 7 and iTunes updates for some time. Each time it takes hours to solve but with the over the air upgrade to IOS6 on my iPhone and iPad, I was determined to solve and remember what I did, So here it is:

These are user-to-user forums. If you can't get it to play then use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

The opening page keeps changing in size and the keyboard types on its own! What can be done to fix this????????

Maybe a reset would help, to be followed by trying the recovery again.
To reset, hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then do the recovery.
If this doesn't solve it, I recommend visiting an Authorized Apple Service Center.

Usually it's because you are not connecting to the internet via wifi.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

IMessage not working on iPad 1, says sign in, I click that and then it says what email do you want to use. When I try to change it, or click next, or even wait a few seconds it goes back to the sign in screen.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Select a device in iTunes and click the tabs across top to sync what you want.

I rented a movie on an iPad mini while connected to wifi. Now I'm in the car with out Internet and when I try to play the movie is says "could not load movie" what can I do? I purchased it from iTunes and let it load fully before leaving.

Can somebody help me figure this out? So before a road trip I rented a movie on my Ipad mini. The movie fully loaded before I left. It downloaded under wifi. Now that I'm in the car I tried to watch the movie but it isn't working. When I press play an error message pops up saying "could not load movie" can I not watch it with our wifi? What's going on? My understanding is that rented movies can be viewed on only one device - the device that originally received the movie. Consequently, they can not be synced.
I can not explain why you see them twice in iTunes.

It should be in the Videos app. If it's not in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it, and have you tried searching for it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) ?

They are not in the iTunes Store on your iPad, they are synced to the Videos App. Look for movies in there, not in the iTunes Store.

You must get the movie onto your iPad somehow. If you download it while on Wi-Fi you will not use cellular data. Once the movie has been downloaded you will not use cellular data or Wi-Fi.
