You are going to have to keep trying. Thats all there is. If not you are going to have to drive to apple and get a new one. Yours should have a warrenty.

Try following along with the article and deleting the cached downloads, then try again.

ITunes movie trailer preview stops half way

Hi,
Anybody knows why the movie trailers in the movie categories of iTunes would stop half way as they play and never finish?
*This is occuring since iTunes 8*

I'm having the same issues, again. I thought I had solved my problem here.. http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1640216&tstart=0 but it's now resurfaced. I hope someone out there has some insight.
iTunes is updated and will play music / videos just fine, but not video previews.

Ipod will not sync to itunes, just stops half way and freezes the computer

my ipod has suddenly stopped syncing to itunes half way through and freezes the computer. it is not the songs because they sync to my phone. how can i fix this?

Have you tried plugging the Nano into another available USB port or using another USB sync cable? Does it seem to be freeze when syncing the same track?
I assume iTunes is up to date (10.7 at the time of this writing).

I have tried and tried to download Adope reader and it gets about half way and say that lost connection, but I am still on the internet

Can any one help me, I need to download Adope reader to do my school work but every time I try it goes to half way installed and then a window will pop-up and say adope reader can not be installed please reinstall

Is this on your computer or on iPad/iPhone ? If you are on an iPad or iPhone then it should have downloaded into the Videos app - iTunes on those devices is just the iTunes store, and if you just see the Ts & Cs link on the Downloads tab then that means that there are no outstanding downloads waiting.

It's right at an hour (consistently), but the computer goes to sleep prior to that. It's as if iTunes goes to sleep. Also, it wasn't always this way. Originally, the movies played through without interruption. At some point, I guess a setting was changed, and now I only get an hour. Also. My energy settings are set to go to sleep at 10 minutes.

You keep changing the subject without closure, however if you did enter the correct password and it wasn't accepted, it was most likely the result of a networking issue with your network and nothing to do with whether or not the Apple TV is intuitive or not.
I found some movies that I purchased were still on the "cloud".
Yes, that's how it is supposed to work, movies purchased from the iTunes Store are always available through the 'Movie' feature.
